One of my favorite summer activities is swimming. I love the Jersey Shore since I was in high school, but I don’t live close anymore. I’m 1800 miles southwest now. Swimming in the pool is good too.

My favorite summer activity is camping in the mountains with my family.
We lived about 5 miles from Melbourne Beach in Florida in the early 80’s. It was so relaxing and enjoyable. I would love to have this lovely quilt by Pat reminding me of the time we spent at the beach. Pat you are an amazing lady.

My favorite summer activity is going on vacation with my family. We went to Disney World 2 years ago ( with my daughter, son-in-law and grandson, my son, daughter in law and granddaughter for 10 days. We had the best time and every few months they ask when we can go again.
My favorite summer activity is to visit somewhere new an visit my home town where I was raised. What a fabulous giveaway! What an honor it would be to receive your “quilter’s quilt”! My favorite summer activity is attending our local county fair and seeing all of the beautiful quilts. Also, attending our state fair to listen to the entertainment and to see the quilt display. Occasionally, my sisters and I travel to the Oregon Coast. It is so relaxing, sitting on the balcony of our motel room and listening to the ocean. Love it!

I love to Salmon fish with my husband & doing some quilting when we return home. I would love to have a quilt made by you. We have some big Douglas Firs behind our home and we can hear the owls hooting at night. Love to hear them hoot to each other. Thank you for all you do for us still learning.

I love being able to just walk out my back door and sit on my swing and read good book with a cup of coffee! I am thrilled to be like you. Many of my friends think its weird that I thoroughly enjoy the piecing process and make one quilt after another. Thank you for making me feel good about myself.
If I won this quilt I would treasure it! As a new quilter I have really come to appreciate the fun and work that goes into a project.
Starting on a quilt and picking the colors and pattern is my jam. I always try to finish the project before I decide where I am going to use it or who may get it.
I am not fond of making something specific for someone. That feels like work.

My favorite summer activity is going to Knoebels park with my grandchildren. Other days I enjoy sewing in my air conditioned sewing room or sitting on my screened in porch with a good book.

How wonderful that you want to share your beautiful work with one of us! It is a lovely work of art! My Mom did beautiful applique and said she learned it from her Home Ec. teacher in high school. I do some too but not as much as she did. You are right about us appreciating it very much. Thank you for teaching us so many things too Pat!

We took 4 of our grandchildren for a week by the sea in straight after lockdown ended. It was glorious to all be together after such a long time. This is a true reflection of our precious time there.
