Oh the beach, how heavenly to go relax there! Every Christmas as a child we would go to our Grandparent’s house, at the beach! We would play at the beach for days. So many memories.
The beach themed quilt is beautiful. I love sitting on the beach for sunset time.
Being a desert dweller in a state that has more boats per capita than the west and east coast states, I love spending time on the beautiful Arizona lakes. Picnics are my favorite summertime activity. Picnicking along the river or on the lake shore is even better.
It would be my pleasure and honor to be the next parent of your beach quilt. As a Jersey girl, I have spent many Saturdays at the shore. When I first saw your quilt (in a previous video), it filled me with many happy memories. So pick Me! and this quilt will be in a happy quilter’s home.
I am a home body. So, naturally, I love sitting in the backyard, by the pool, cross-stitching while catching the sun rays. On the rare occasion when I do leave the house, I love to be in the woods. As always, thank you for all you do.

My favorite summer activity is to rent a beach house here in Texas or in Florida. All our children, their spouses and children come and we have fun in the sun! It is a great chance to play with the grandkids in the sand!!
My favorite summer time activity when my girls were young was going to the beach and letting them play with toys in the sand and water! They loved it then and they all still love going to the beach in the summer time. They even take their dogs to the dog beach to let them run and play in the sand and waves. I love watching the waves and the way they come onto the sand and then leave under the next wave coming in. Living in Southern California allows us to enjoy the beach often.
Hi Pat, I love to swim outside in a pool(we don’t have one) with family & friends. I also love to go to the beach (2.5 hrs away) with my husband & sons(25 & 27). We all just love to walk along the water & enjoy the relaxing sounds. I would love to win your quilt & share it with my cousin Tina. We went to the beach often when we were children, her folks would take me with them. At that time we lived 20 minutes away from a central Calif beach. She still lives near there. Thank you for all you do!
My favorite summer activity is spending time as a volunteer lighthouse keeper, which I get to do for four weeks each summer at two different lighthouses in Michigan! 🙂

My favorite summertime activity is going up north to my great Aunt’s cottage on Higgins lake with my children. I would love this quilt to display on my living room wall. I too, enjoy the making of the quilt. It is a bonus to see the reaction of whomever I gift it to.

My favorite summer activity is going to the beach every summer with my husband.
I love to sit by a dock and watch boats come & go. Ducks & swans too.
I really enjoy picking fresh berries and veggies in the summer….when I am not quilting of course.
I do a lot of quilting and try to get ahead for the cold months, but it usually doesn’t happen, so this summer I will try harder. I also sew things for my granddaughter and would love to teach her basic quilting this summer, maybe a doll quilt.
my favorite thing to do in the summer is garden! I grow a lot of vegetables and flowers and my granddaughters are learning how to grow things as well. Doing handsewing while sitting out in my garden is the best! Thank you for doing your giveaways! Always look forward to seeing your videos :~)
