Would you like to win a copy of this amazing book?

Leave me a comment by 6pm easter time on July 2, 2024 telling me:

** What type of scrappy quilts do you like?

Winner is Vivian who said "I like "kitchen sink" scrap quilts — the ones that use scraps of any kind or color. String and crumb quilts are fun too as you don't even need the scraps to be precisely cut to use them in the blocks! This looks like a fun book."

I do use solids. They can be brush stroke, grunge or similar which you may not consider solids.

  12. I like to sew scraps together to see where the combination takes me 🙂 I have scraps left from my Dad’s flannel shirts, after making 13 memory pillows & a lap quilt for myself. After watching your videos and suggestions, I’m going to use up these scraps once and for all. This book would be helpful. Thanks for your videos & giveaways.

  18. I love making scrappy blocks, they are a log cabin style! I have small boxes that I keep finished blocks in, ready to put a quilt together whenever I need one! I work on them occasionally when my scrap bin gets overloaded! That book would be great to have, I could start making a different style of scrap blocks, that would be a lot of fun!

  19. I love scrappy quilts. I’ve made 2.5 inch squares into a Jacob’s Ladder quilt and have made heart string quilts. Would love to make a scrappy log cabin. The book looks very interesting.

  20. I like controlled scrappy – or with large pieces. I often use “scrappy back” for my quilts, using leftover pieces from the top. I really like the look of your Don Quixote blocks with the unifying blue.
