I need to add a dedicated room to quilt in. Having to use the dining room just doesn’t work. I never get to sew!
The next I would love to add to my workspace is a Long Arm Quilter. Be researching them trying to get the best model for my needs that hopefully will not break my bank. Currently I either stitch in the ditch; or use my BSR which I am not that great with but have been assured that the more I do it the better it will get. I love the models I have seen with the tablet attachment that pretty much makes this process look sweet.
My cutting table is really getting wobbly, so a replacement cutting table would be what I’d add.
I would like to find a really cute, unique machine appliqué pattern to add to my sewing room. I have been looking for a new major project.
Always wanted a olios iron, splurged yesterday❤️
I would like to find wall space for a design wall!! Can’t see that happening so the item I would add is a serger!! Love my sewing room though. Wait … a wall of shelves to store my fabric more efficiently … that’s it!
I really need a new chair and an iron would be great
A new sewing machine is the item I have been researching.
I would love to add a new sewing machine with a larger throat area so I could attempt to quilt my own quilts. This give away has some great items. Thanks!
A design wall
I need to add storage for my fabric cutting dies. After that I would love to replace my mid-size sewing/ embroidery machine with a newer model.
I really want a design wall.
I would like to add a nice pegboard or other hanging system to hold my embroidery hoops. I am currently using contact hooks but periodically, I go out and one has just fallen down. I need a workable system.
Love your big room! I need a new floor – carpet has got to go! A linoleum or hardwood floor is my next new add that I really need to do! Thank you, Susan
I would really like to have a new iron…something with a little weight behind it.
I would love to have a dedicated washer and dryer for my fabric dying.
Thanks for the chance to win. I am working on my sewing room in preparation for moving in a year. I want to move a cabinet that is almost completely painted into the room and remove the old cabinet. Then I want to replace the bookshelves. When we move I will replace my sewing desk which is currently an old solid oak teachers’ desk. I am trying to be good and not add more fabric but it keeps sneaking in somehow. 🙂
I would love to add a real cutting table rather than having to use the dining room table!
i’d like A ROOM.. i have sewing space… cutting space.. but would love it all in ONE ROOM!!!
A long arm. Oh, I guess I fulfilled that wish since I just ordered one. So, now I will have to do some rearranging. Exciting!
A computer, dedicated to my sewing room for those hard to access embroidery designs on my Bernina 780.
I’d love some specialty cutting rulers.
It would be fun to try new techniques.
A table for my serger.
I’d love to add a bigger cutting table to my space. =)
A year ago, I moved to Florida and didn’t want to move most of my fabric, so I donated it or gave it away. Now that I am starting the process again, I would like to add a cabinet with shelves to keep my fabric. It would keep it off the floor or out of a plastic tub, and I could probably see exactly what I have a whole lot better.
I need this stuff! Not really but I super want them. All of them! I need more lighting in my sewing room so may be adding that.r
Really would like to add an embroidery machine.
I would like to have a dedicated sewing room. We have a fantastic finished basement that would be perfect, but my husband has claimed it as his music room and has dozens of guitars and amps and equipment in there. My dream item is to have a Babylock like yours! Oh and a koala studio space!
A cubby hole storage unit with cubbies that would be sized for baskets. Attractive display and fabric sorted by color is a dream.
I would like to add a chalk hem marker so that I could start doing alterations.
I am about to redo my kitchen so I Am repurposing my cabinets and using them in my sewing room. Oh what storage I will have!
What I need most are TIME, SPACE and someone to ORGANIZE ME!!!
Would love to have a sewing table to put my machine into. Making it level with the table.
I’m always looking at fabrics, so much so that I need more storage space! I also like looking at patterns.
On my wish list is ceiling tiles for my basement sewing studio. HA! Yup. That would complete it for me.
(and fabric of course)
I love the graphite pencil. I have used white on dark colors and grey on the rest to mark my stencil’s before I hand quilt.
I’d love to be able to add a complete sewing room/studio with one wall of cabinets, floor to ceiling. Have space for a long arm machine, a bigger ironing board. Big dreams when I don’t have that kind of space.
I am looking for some new and exciting patterns. I have lots of great fabrics that I would love to make into some quilts!
I would love to redo my sewing room closet with wood shelves instead of wire, and add cubes for storing individually so I could see everything at a glance. I think the space would be used more conveniently.
I want to add a long arm to my sewing room but until then I will continue to quilt on my regular singer
I enjoy reading your posts. I wish I had more room for my sewing quilting stuff. Love the storage bins for projects.
More fabric! More organizing bins for all the new fabric! Windows – my sewing room is upstairs in the “bonus room” – plenty of space but only one teeny tiny window.
The item i would like to add is a large wool ironing mat.
I need a design wall – in a room that is lined by bookcases!
I’m with you Pat…a whole new room. When I’m ‘dreaming’ I think of Demi Moore who used to have a whole extra house for her dolls…I could use one of those ‘extras’ for my STUFF!!!
I want to add an Oliso smart iron.
I want to add shelves in my craft room – so that I can move boxes of embellishments and ribbons and beads and buttons, tubs of fabric strips of various sizes, of die-cut shapes, boxes of jelly rolls, charm squares, and PHDs (aka WIPs) out of the sewing room, and onto the shelves – to make them easier to find. It would be amazing, as it would mean that the craft room is no longer a storage facility, but a working space.
Hubby is building a new sewing table so that is my next new thing. Other than that a new iron.
I need a new iron! But, I’ll take fabric, thread, new gadgets, etc. =) Thanks for the giveaways!
Fabric and notions are my favorite add on! Maybe rulers, tough decision!
