I have a wee teeny tiny little collection of holiday fabrics (insert eyes looking to the heavens…) So I got out the crate.. tub... um.. I mean little box of them … and used a piece of my Santa fabric for the window! I'm going to start looking for darling prints to add in!

We are on Block #4.. below is the download & link to my project page with ALL the blocks

TRUE CONFESSION.. this is 'Try #2' as 'Try #1'  didn't quite make it.. want to see?

When I made this block I didn't think about how using a different fabric at the bottom would create an entirely new look. It makes the house short. I put it on my design wall for awhile and it bugged me.

So I had a date with Jack, Jack the Ripper, and fixed it up! Don't you think it's better on the one above it?

  8. Because I lost the use of three fingers on left hand, I tend to stick to making adult lap and I will make lots of baby quilts, I have made a couple full and one queen size, I use my quilting as therapy, struck my ulnar nerve in elbow 5 years ago caused my fingers to curl to palm, with lots of work with quilting I have managed to get one of the three to straighten somewhat and everyday i try to use it quilting, to keep it straight.
