I have a wee teeny tiny little collection of holiday fabrics (insert eyes looking to the heavens…) So I got out the crate.. tub... um.. I mean little box of them … and used a piece of my Santa fabric for the window! I'm going to start looking for darling prints to add in!

We are on Block #4.. below is the download & link to my project page with ALL the blocks

TRUE CONFESSION.. this is 'Try #2' as 'Try #1'  didn't quite make it.. want to see?

When I made this block I didn't think about how using a different fabric at the bottom would create an entirely new look. It makes the house short. I put it on my design wall for awhile and it bugged me.

So I had a date with Jack, Jack the Ripper, and fixed it up! Don't you think it's better on the one above it?

  13. Thank you for the chance to win. Although I do make several quilts per year for family and friends, I mostly make 40″ x60″ quilts for charity (The Santa Train which travels the Saturday before Thanksgiving each year through the impoverished towns of KY, TN, and VA delivering items of warmth and comfort. For many of these people what they receive from the train are the only Christmas presents they receive.)

  14. I’ve done mostly bed size but getting into lap size or quilts for my grand baby and one on the way. Love this fabric actually have some and would love to make a table topper with these.

  15. I enjoy hand piecing and quilting. I do machine piecing, but prefer to use my hands. My Grammy taught me how to quilt. I really enjoy making lap quilts, wall hangings and table runners. Thanks for the give away.

  16. I make all sizes of projects. I made the secret garden last year and it’s on my longarm frame now. I also made two twin bed sized quilts for a set of twins in the family and showed the tops at Christmas and delivered (finally after sewing through my finger and having to heal) a month or so ago. At the same time, while the finger was healing, I made a baby size quilt for a new niece. I have a lap quilt to do next and plan on the fold and stitch wreaths for family gifts this Christmas just so I have a chance to finish things in time to gift them. Last year’s Craftsy BOM is waiting for the long arm and that top was shown last Christmas too.
