I have a wee teeny tiny little collection of holiday fabrics (insert eyes looking to the heavens…) So I got out the crate.. tub... um.. I mean little box of them … and used a piece of my Santa fabric for the window! I'm going to start looking for darling prints to add in!

When I made this block I didn't think about how using a different fabric at the bottom would create an entirely new look. It makes the house short. I put it on my design wall for awhile and it bugged me.
So I had a date with Jack, Jack the Ripper, and fixed it up! Don't you think it's better on the one above it?

I have made mostly bed quilts but lots of baby quilts lately. Thank you for the giveaway.
I make a combination of lap quilts and small bed quilt then throw in an ocassional large bed quilt.
i make mostly throw sized quilts. Just did the first of 33 throws for our “next” generation. Mom (Grandma and Great Grandma to some)started gifting her quilts to each of us on our wedding dates. We want to carry on her tradition for the 3rd generation.
I DO SEEM TO LIKE TO DO, ALL SIZES OF PROJECTS! I have made baby quilts, bed quilts, throws and smaller items, purses, pillows & kitchen items!
I do lap quilts.

I like to make all sizes, but I do make more lap sized quilts than any other size.
I mostly make throws or larger bed quilts. I recently have made a few baby quilts. I just got a long arm with a small frame. Up until then I was hand quilting. Although I have made many in the 30 years of quilting. I hope to have fun making more now that I can quilt faster. Still practicing on the long arm but I am having fun learning. Currently I am enjoying the Grandmas Kitchen patterns.
lately i’ve been more quilts for family but do some small projects in between. so many projects & not enough time!!!
I still want to make them all! Start new projects too often…..don’t we all. Still I’d love anew project. Twin and full size are my favorites.

I am working on a king size now and a ton of bags. I would say it’s fairly even between Lap, bed and other sizes.

I’ve made a few bed size quilts..ButI Love the lap size quilts… it gives me great joy to be able to piece and hand quilt a project in a timely manner then watch as my grandbabies snuggle…

I tend to stick with tablerunners and small quilt as you go projects. I am trying to learn FMQ; however my swirls, curves and squiggles do not flow pretty. I will keep practice and maybe one day conquer that art. I am making Pat Sloan’s Grandma’s Kitchen blocks and have really learned so much from following her. Thanks Pat.
I’m just a beginner so have only made lap quilts so far. I am doing the solstice quilt now, so we will see! I absolutely love the houses though!!!!!

I make more lap quilts than anything. I do make full size bed quilts. Lap quilts go together faster as I usually making them for donations.

I have made more crib Quilts, but I did make a larger quilt for my grandson. The smaller Quilts get done faster! 😉
i tend to make bed quilts. the few laps quilts that i have made are because i underestimated yardage & ran out of fabric.
I prefer lap quilts or baby quilts. And I have never used a Jelly Roll before so I think this would be a great one to start with.
