I have a wee teeny tiny little collection of holiday fabrics (insert eyes looking to the heavens…) So I got out the crate.. tub... um.. I mean little box of them … and used a piece of my Santa fabric for the window! I'm going to start looking for darling prints to add in!
We are on Block #4.. below is the download & link to my project page with ALL the blocks
TRUE CONFESSION.. this is 'Try #2' as 'Try #1' didn't quite make it.. want to see?

When I made this block I didn't think about how using a different fabric at the bottom would create an entirely new look. It makes the house short. I put it on my design wall for awhile and it bugged me.
So I had a date with Jack, Jack the Ripper, and fixed it up! Don't you think it's better on the one above it?

I have made mostly bed size quilts but now am aiming for throw sizes as I give most away and could bless more friends. Love your patterns and ideas.

I started Grandmas kitchen, but it got shelved due to a trip to England to go to the Festival of Quilts. Very good plenty of inspiration there. I have been knitting as well, nearly finished. So soon I will be back in full swing with the sewing machine and will get stuck in catching up. Thanks for everything that you do for us. Very much appreciated.. X
I love the 2nd colorway block as I am a big pastel-type of person. Your quilts, as always, are easy to follow along with and interesting to do. Thanks for allowing us to cash in on your creativeness.
Mostly baby quilts. At the present time I’m in the middle of remodeling and painting. Very excited over my new sewing room.
Hi Pat. I picked up quilting after watching you and following the Solstice. I needed structure and you inspired me. I did also log cabin then jumped in and did a wedding gift queen size quilt yes I did! I opted to make it better with a long arm quilting finish (not by me but wow what a difference) then bonded and gifted it.
I have continued on although I am not near what many of these other quilters are but I enjoy a break from my rug hooking (over 30 years as a hooker now) so variety is good! 🤗 Feeling the love of quilting drawing me in! Thanks for all your posts and your energy which is contagious! Yes it is! ❤️👍

I’m a newbie at quilting. I have made mostly small items but now I’m working on a full sized quilt and seems to be taking forever! But I have plans for more in the future.
I have made a couple of baby quilts and lap quilts. Most of the quilts I make now are bed quilts. this fabric is beautiful!
Love, love, love the blue!!
I end up making more lap size Quilts because it seems like my Quilts all are gifts for family and friends.
Pat, you have to have the most giving heart. You give us free squares to quilt every week. And if that is not enough you want to give us more!!!
So much fun to see all the different houses, each as unique as their makers. I am just finishing a Sticks and Stones quilt top in the blue/neutral colour story, and also Ribbon Dance in blue batiks and crisp white is waiting to go on the frame, not to mention a Storm at Sea paper pieced runner…blue seems to be a theme this year…
Love getting your emails,

I mostly make lap size and some baby/child size when needed. Will attempt a large one before long! Love the giveaway – the blue is great!
I have all the buildings finished, just have to do the applique.
I do mostly larger quilts and am really loving playing and learning the asymmetrical layouts! Can’t wait to see what you do with Grandma’s Kitchen layout 🙂
I make mostly bigger quilts and I love, love, love learning the asymmetrical designs. Can’t wait to see what you do for Grandma’s Kitchen. 🙂
Thank you for the giveaway. Love your house blocks. I use to make more bed size quilts, but since my daughter blessed me with grandchildren, I’ve been mostly making baby quilts and lap size quilts for my granddaughter who is 3 years old and my new grandson who just turned 2 months old. They are my joy. I can hardly wait to teach my granddaughter how to sew.
I make everything from wall to king size quilts.
I make mostly smaller projects now. Having said that I am in the process of putting the borders on two larger quilts, taking a class to make a sampler quilt and just finished a Quilt of Valor for our local guild.
I try to make anything quilt. But lately, seem to have made more crib quilts; as am a GRANDMA!!! Thanks for all you do…..for all levels of Quilters.
I make mostly lap quilts because they are easier to quilt…who am I kidding, they are in the same UFO pile as all my other projects! :>)
I’m into small quilts, or table toppers at this time!
I make mostly throws and table toppers. I used to make large quilts only but now I have so many and all of my friends and family are well stocked, so I just make what I feel like at the moment.
I mostly use patchwork to make daily use products, e.g. jackets, grocery bags, baby bags, baby quilts, etc.
Lap quilts – they are all over the house and creation. Really too many, but that’s just the style we love to make in our house!
Since my granddaughter was born 07/16 I’ve been making mostly baby/kid quilts.
I am doing the house blocks. Usually make smaller quilts, lap size, table runner or things I Can finish quickly.

Smaller projects give me a chance to learn something new, experiment, and decide whether or not to make it bigger. Most of my quilts are about 65″ x 80″. But I have made a queen size that went to the floors on three sides and hand quilted it. I did it because I quilted it with 8 colors of thread. I did it for my son but it will be a long time before I do that again. I finished my solstice quilt (thanks for the adventure) and now I’m making a paper pieced dinosaur quilt for my 3 year old grandson!
I make larger quilts, lap size and up. I do make baby quilts here and there, but not real often.
I find that I make more lap quilts than anything.
I usually make lap and bed quilts. But through your site and the zippered pouch swap I am obsessed with making cross body bags and zippered pouches. In fact I just ordered 16 colorful zippers to add to my new obsession! Thanks alot Pat!! 😉
I like doing small projects since you can finish them and give them as gifts to family and friends.
I tend to make lots of baby quilts and lap quilts. These are great for gifts.
Small quilts…they seem to get finished. However, many larger quilts are planned, fabric collected and started…where does the time go??
The colors on that quilt are stunning…..I love blue though….this would make a great addition to the quilts I make..
Bed quilts
I make baby quilts, lap quilts, queen-sized bed quilts. Just finished making a T-Shirt quilt for my nephew which is 100″ in length.
Lap and bed quilts are more common in my sewing area. I love big quilts.
Blue is my favorite color. I make all sizes, but smaller at least get done!
I make mostly baby and lap quilts.
Love following you Pat and all your fun block of the months. I seem to make more bed quilts.
I mostly do lap quilts. They are easier for me to handle
I do all of the above. hehe. Little zippered make up bags, back packs, baby quilts and I am just finishing up a king size dresden plate quilt.
Thanks for the give a way
I mostly make lap size quilts.
I love to make small projects. Love the colors in this offer!
I mostly make lap quilts and small projects.
I am into small projects at the moment probably because they are easier to handle!
The perfect shades of blue!
Mostly lap size. I’m afraid if I start a larger quilt I might get bored and put it down? I’m tempted to start your “Be my Neighbor” QAL, then this would be my biggest! I’m a little worried about my stash that’s why I haven’t started it. It’s really great and I enjoy seeing everyone’s posted pics. Thank you Pat for the chance to win a wonderful give-a-way♡!
I make lap quilts and small projects.
I love to make quilts too!
