I have a wee teeny tiny little collection of holiday fabrics (insert eyes looking to the heavens…) So I got out the crate.. tub... um.. I mean little box of them … and used a piece of my Santa fabric for the window! I'm going to start looking for darling prints to add in!
We are on Block #4.. below is the download & link to my project page with ALL the blocks
TRUE CONFESSION.. this is 'Try #2' as 'Try #1' didn't quite make it.. want to see?

When I made this block I didn't think about how using a different fabric at the bottom would create an entirely new look. It makes the house short. I put it on my design wall for awhile and it bugged me.
So I had a date with Jack, Jack the Ripper, and fixed it up! Don't you think it's better on the one above it?

I just started with quilting and I have made a queen, what a job? so then I have been making smaller baby quilts or lap quilts.
I mostly do lap sized. I haven’t tackled a larger size yet, although I’d like to in the winter time for sure when I do. I’m afraid I’d get bored with something really large and put it down. I am really tempted to start
your “Be your Neighbor” house QAL, but I’m not sure that what I have in my stach will cut it? If I do begin and finish it would be my largest quilt! Thanks for the chance for the give-away Pat!!!
I would love to be a winner
Mostly lap quilts 💗
I do mostly smaller quilts like wall hangings, baby quilts and table runners, but have been know to throw in a king size quilt once or twice.
I love doing all different sizes. Always do some small for Christmas goodies for family. Do a lot of table runners. And of course , I love doing all sizes quilts.
I have been making bed quilts lately, however baby quilts are always a fun break.love following you. made the summer solstice quilt it was so much fun getting the new block each week, and turned out beautiful. hope to win.
I make all sizes. Of course the fewest I make are king size!
I make mostly bed-size quilts. They always seems to grow as I am working on them!
I make mostly bed quilts but am making more lap quilts because we have been well covered. I find it much easier to part with lap quilts as just because gifts. Nothing makes me happier than having someone in the family ask for a new quilt for their bed. Janice.snell@gmail.com
I mostly do bed size quilts but after I finish what I have started, I’m going to make smaller quilts.
I make mostly lap size quilts so I can quilt them myself on my domestic sewing machine. Thank you for the giveaway.
Bed quilts queen and king size as well as baby quilts and other quilted gift ideas.
I make mostly small things, but have 2 quilt kits waiting for me…
I end up making huge bed quilts, as my family likes to roll up and snuggle in them.
I make mostly lap quilts. The majority of what I make goes to various charities that geared toward vets, children, and fundraiser events. I am very interested in the giveaway. Loved the pattern and the colors.
I make a lot of baby/child quilts with all those adorable charms packs. Very adorable house blocks.
I make small things, like mug rugs, mini quilts and table runners and table squares. I am not confident to tackle a bed sized quilt yet and I am quite happy with the small things. Smaller things are good for gifts.
I usually make smaller quilts but need to make my kids quilts for their beds when we get their rooms done. They are only 5 and 3 so hopefully they won’t notice. Lol
It’s fun to see the same block but in different fabric colors and prints. Fabric, Friends and Food…they all go together!
As a relatively new quilter I can’t say that I make mostly one thing or the other. I have made several baby quilts and a few “large” lap quilts and some Twin size for the grandkids and recently I completed a King size for our bed.
I mostly make lap quilt size!
I like to make baby quilts and wall hangings first but have made two quilts with grand Darlins in the last year. I love your blocks.
I mostly make bed quilts with an occasional small project for a gift. I would love to win. I start chemotherapy for cancer this week. It would be so awesome to win.
I make anything from twin quilts down to table runners. I also throw in a bag or two for a change.
Happy Creating.
Yes, yes yes! Gorgeous fabric!!!
My preference is anything smaller than a lap quilt. Love your stuff!!!
I make mostly bed quilts. However, I’ve got 10 rag quilts cut out ready to be put together for my grandkids’ Christmas.
I love to do small quilts – miniatures and other small items. I do have 2 twin bed quilts in the works now and the “Splendid Sampler” that will go on my king size bed. I am using blue and white for the ‘Splendid Sampler” so it would be lovely win to the beautiful fabrics.
I probably make lap quilt the most. Wonderful give away!
I mostly make twin bed sized quilts.
I think I make an even mix of the three sizes, but prefer small projects because they are quickly finishable! Thank you for this lovely giveaway!
I’m making quilts for my eight grandchildren, four down four to go!
So far I have mostly made bed size quilts because I want people to be able to curl up in the quilt for a good snuggle. I’ve made 3 or 4 baby quilts – they grow out of those so fast!! I am not that experienced yet so I don’t have very many quilts under my belt, but with 4 grandkids down and 8 left to make quilts for, it won’t be long before I can truly call myself a quilter.
I love to make baby quilts, but I have a few full size quilts in mind. I really love the table runner in the blue colour way. It looks lovely. Loretta
What do I finish? I start too many. Somehow I feel more committed to keep working on the larger projects. One day projects also likely to get finished. I only work on ones I like. Blues predominate. Love that give away! Thanks
It depends on my mood. A small project when I want a quick finish, a big quilt when I want a challenge, and lap quilts because they are just so useful!
I was just introduced to your Grandma s kitchen patterns. Having fun with my friend doing this!
I helped my 87 yr old sister make her first quilt. She entered it in the county Fair & won “Best of Show”!!
I mostly make bed size quilts but recently made a few baby quilts & love the quicker finish (& also making for babies is really special too!)
I make quilts of all sizes. Child sized for the children’s hospital, lap quilts for the homes, and bed sized for my family. Love your sew alongs, keeping me on schedule.
I seek to be doing smaller quilts right now but I have to make my kids quilts for their beds once we get their rooms done. They are 5 and 3 right now so they might not notice. Lol
I usually make small projects
I mostly make queen-size bed quilts, but also have made single bed quilts for two of my great-grandkids. Now I have to make 3 more! 2 being for arrivals in the last year, and one more to make for an expected Arrival early next year. I like to think they will be using them for a good couple of years. Thanks Pat.
I make mostly lap quilts with an occasional bed quilt.
Lap size mostly
I so like making sewing and making gifts to give the love to others. Homemade gifts mean more than going out and buying. Great looking colors.
I usually make lap or full size quilts but lately have begun making wallhangings because there are so many different patterns I want to try!
I like to make lap quilts, I don’t have the attention span for really large quilts.
Blue is one of my favorite colors. The blocks are so cute. Thanks for the great giveaway!!!!
I make mostly lap quilts, table runners and some placemats. I can’t figure out how to quilt a large quilt on my small sewing machine.
