I have a wee teeny tiny little collection of holiday fabrics (insert eyes looking to the heavens…) So I got out the crate.. tub... um.. I mean little box of them … and used a piece of my Santa fabric for the window! I'm going to start looking for darling prints to add in!
We are on Block #4.. below is the download & link to my project page with ALL the blocks
TRUE CONFESSION.. this is 'Try #2' as 'Try #1' didn't quite make it.. want to see?

When I made this block I didn't think about how using a different fabric at the bottom would create an entirely new look. It makes the house short. I put it on my design wall for awhile and it bugged me.
So I had a date with Jack, Jack the Ripper, and fixed it up! Don't you think it's better on the one above it?

I mostly my bed size quilts, my projects start out as small and somewhere along the way they grow.
I do a lot of different sizes, depends on the pattern and how much it says “you need to make me next”. Just finished putting together 2 LARGE tops so I will stick to smaller ones for a while, then probably back to the larger ones.
I make all sizes from wall hangings to king size quilts!
I make bed size quilts mostly, my projects start out as small but somewhere along the way seem to grow.
I adore the house blocks! But then I love all your patterns. I enjoy making large quilts and small projects. I just truly find it delightful to quilt! Thanks for everything.
Hi there! Well I make a variety but mostly small quilts and table runners. Thank you!!!
Mostly lap/baby quilts
Mostly lap/baby quilts.
I start with a purpose (someone getting married, having a baby, birthday, holiday) and theme, mix it with imagination and the fun begins. I love giving handmade gifts, from small embroidered tote bags to full size quilts.
I do a lot small projects because I can actually finish them, but my favorites are bed quilts!!
I like making lap quilts or small projects best, but I have
made bed quilts also. Thank you for the giveaway.
I just adore fabric, and I seem to have a zillion ideas in my head, I never get around to making anything for myself, I make quilts for wedding presents, as an heirloom, birthday quilts Xmas cuddle quilts, baby and children’s lap, cot and bed quilts, if I was lucky to win the delightful fabric, pattern etc, I would definitely make a quilt just for Me !!
Working on bed quilts….if I ever get finished!
I usually make quilts large enough to wrap up in. Love scrap quilts the best! thanks for the chance to enter the give away.
Most of the quilts I make are of a good size to wrap up in! Scrap quilts are my favorite! Thanks for the chance at the give away.
Tomorrow my husband and I will board an Amtrak train to ride to Denver and YES!, I am taking a quilt to work on! I HAND quilt! I won’t be quilting on the train but I will have FUN quilting in the hotel where my husband will be atttending the National Model Railroad meeting. He is a manufacturer and he has the cutest brass engines to sell !
I make a lot of bed size quilts, mostly queen and king. I do make some lap quilts. Now that I have two granddaughters I’ve been making a lot of quilts for them in different sizes.
I make mostly small projects, lap quilts and wall quilts. I just started machine embroidery again and want to combine my two loves
Most of what I am making right now are smaller quilts but I have a queen sized quilt I am working on and the fabric and pattern for another one. Most of my bed sized quilts were made when I had a double bed so they are not big enough for the new queen sized bed.
You have such cute ideas & patterns! I usually make baby quilts but I’m expanding to full & queen size bed quilts now. Thank you for the giveaway!
I make mostly lap quilts or larger. I really need to start making smaller quilts.
I make mostly wall hangings and lap quilts. Thanks for the chance to win and all of the great house blocks.
I mostly make baby/crib sized quilts to donate to Project Linus, or to our local pregnancy center. I enjoy finishing them. Anything larger tends to sit around waiting to be quilted! 🤣
I spend every free minute sewing quilts. Got hooked again after making memorial quilts from my Dads shirts.
I love throw size quilts, love your energy & would enjoy winning ( who doesnt?)
I started with baby quilts, for my 3 grandbabies. Then i did 2 t-shirt quilts, and just finished a work shirt (not t-shirts) quilt. In between i did the Splendid Sampler and am trying to do it quilt-as-you-go. Everything i have done i gave away, but the Splendid Sampler i am keeping just for me!! I have another t-shirt quilt started too, for my daughter. I love blue, so i would love to win! Thank you for the give-aways!
I love your neighborhood! I like sewing lap quilts, bed quilts, pouches, baskets, and dolls, but I’d say that most of my sewing is small projects. Thanks for all the inspiration Pat!
Love the material for this giveaway! Do mostly small quilts!
I love to make large throws and bed sized as I am learning free-motion quilting and it gives me plenty of practice but also love to make useful smaller quilted items such as mug rugs, microwave cozies, totes and pouches. Mix in some embroidery and it feels like creative home to me! Did I mention how great it is to have you as a creative neighbor, thanks for all you do.
I make mostly lap size quilts. I am doing grandma’s kitchen sew along (my first) using my stash. This winter I am going to try some totes and bags that I have patterns for. That beautiful blue fabric would work very nicely
Right now baby quilts, I am planning two for twin girls and also in the planning of a quilt for my first Grandbaby! I am so excited! Love the Blues. Thanks for all of the blocks that you share, my notebook is so full I have started a new one!
I make mostly bed quilts
So far I’ve made one big quilt & several baby quilts so I’d say mostly small items.
I make quilts and small projects. Currently I have 2 table runners and 3 quilts on the go. Lol.
Until the last 3 years, I had exclusively made baby quilts and throws. Then I made 3 queen quilts (95″ x 95″) and am on my 4th one. However I’m tired of working on such large quilts so I’m taking a small break and am working on a baby quilt at the moment. I like smaller quilts because it takes me so long to make large quilts that I start losing interest.
Thanks for the giveaway, Pat!
This combo just caught my eye. So enjoy the quilt alongs.
I mostly make bed quilts although I have a few lap quilts in progress for a charity project with my quilt guild!
I typically do small projects or table runners. I do have a few bed quilts almost ready for the quilter, though.
Love the blue fabric. Thank you for being so generous
Hi Pat 😊
I make them all but over the past 6 months I’ve mostly made throw size quilts.
I totally enjoy making appliquéd wall hanging in between bigger projects. It like painting a lovely picture with fabrics and thread! 💕
“Do you make mostly Smal projects, or Lap quilts or Bed quilts?”
I usually make more bed quilts then small or lap quilts. I like to make my quilts to be used to keep warm in bed or big enough to wrap up in and stay warm while watching TV on cold Wyoming nights.
I love the fabric. Thank you for being so generous
Mostly slightly smaller than a twin.
Mostly twin or full quilts with lots of small projects worked in.
I make different sizes. Right now they seem to smaller quilts. But I also make other items like purses, small zipper bags, pencil cases.
I seem to make equal numbers of large and small projects and I love them all!
Your blocks are just wonderful! Love the fabric in the give away, love blues.
I make both lap and bed quilts, but right now, I am doing lap quilts. This is a fun site!
Barb
I mainly make small quilts. The largest so far was a baby quilt!
Pat, I love your work, my mind spins with all your creative ideas. I’ve been quilting for about 2/yrs. sooo… Much to learn, will keep me busy during my retirement. I haven’t found a fabric line or designer or quilter that I don’t ooh or aah over . Thank-you for your generosity & talent
