I have a wee teeny tiny little collection of holiday fabrics (insert eyes looking to the heavens…) So I got out the crate.. tub... um.. I mean little box of them … and used a piece of my Santa fabric for the window! I'm going to start looking for darling prints to add in!

When I made this block I didn't think about how using a different fabric at the bottom would create an entirely new look. It makes the house short. I put it on my design wall for awhile and it bugged me.

So I had a date with Jack, Jack the Ripper, and fixed it up! Don't you think it's better on the one above it?

    I make a lot of different-sized projects. My favorite right now is anything smaller than a lap quilt because they actually get done! Lol!

  3. I make both bed size and baby quilts this year I am on my 3rd , 2 queen size and 1 large twin. Have returned to quilting after a long absence!!!

  5. I’m relatively new to quilting so I love all sizes, mostly king size or crib size. I would like to make a quilt for each of our children’s beds and each of the grandchildren. Blue, blue and more blue, I love blue!! Thanks!!

  6. I tend to make just about an equal amount of all the different sizes of quilts. As for your current house block, I tend to like the one you used your seam ripper on. But I can make mine like that, thanks for showing it.

  7. I tend to be most comfortable making lap quilts (or smaller). I have made bigger but it is very hard on shoulders to manipulate the bulk. Thanks for the chance to win some awesome stuff.

  8. I really do a mix. it depends on fabric that I have, or a pattern that catces my fancy. right now I have a bed quilt, a baby quilt, and a wall hanging in progress!

  9. I haven’t made a huge number of quilts but so far the bed size are outnumbering small pieces. Love being a part of your group and all you do!

  10. I prefer to make baby quilts. I have made a couple of quuen size quilts but it was a struggle to quilt on my small machine. 😀

    progress. I love table runners both for my home and at our cottage.Today I am making a red white and blue table runner for the porch on our cottage.That giveaway is a beautiful table runner pattern and the fabric is gorgeous ! Hope you pick me !

  12. Love to make king size quilts despite how long it might take because my daughter’s and son have king size bedroom sand guest rooms.

  17. I’m new to quilting and would love to win your Waterford Table Runner.
    I have a cowboy 22x?? wall quilt that I’ve had for 22 years that I was going to do for my husband and didn’t. I have a 20 year old around the world quilt, Cal King, a friend was going to help me with but we never finished it. I have a pine cone fabric ornament I still need to do, and 3 Prairie Points ornament to finish. Oh, and I have an 15 year old unfinished baby quilt for my 2nd son because I ran out of fabric.

  18. This is the year for grandkids quilts. Three and four are done except binding and five is due in October. But I try to slip in fun stuff like miniatures and and Quilt’s for me too.

  19. I wish I had had someone to teach me these things so that I could have taught my now teen sons. I can hardly sew a straight line! 🙂

  24. I am retired and busy making new projects for loved ones as fast as I can sew. I also create charity quilts, stuffed cats and dogs for our Sheriffs department and other charity work with my Quilt Guild. I love my quilt room, it’s my peaceful place.
