I have a wee teeny tiny little collection of holiday fabrics (insert eyes looking to the heavens…) So I got out the crate.. tub... um.. I mean little box of them … and used a piece of my Santa fabric for the window! I'm going to start looking for darling prints to add in!
We are on Block #4.. below is the download & link to my project page with ALL the blocks
TRUE CONFESSION.. this is 'Try #2' as 'Try #1' didn't quite make it.. want to see?

When I made this block I didn't think about how using a different fabric at the bottom would create an entirely new look. It makes the house short. I put it on my design wall for awhile and it bugged me.
So I had a date with Jack, Jack the Ripper, and fixed it up! Don't you think it's better on the one above it?

I love these colors awesome pattern and I love all of Pat’s ideas and patterns
I have been making Quilts of Valor but hoping to get back to working on my Quilt blocks! Love all of Pats blocks!
I’ve been quilting for about 4 years and I started off with bed quilts but as I have made them for everyone in my immediate family I’ve moved on to wall hangings, tablecloths and many baby quilts to give away.
Still learning! The quilting part is scary😓
I think that I am between small projects and bed size quilts. I love to give out what I have made. I love it even more when I see them being used. It brightens my day to give to someone who will use and enjoy them. I don’t think I have much if anything that I have made.
I mostly do lap quilt size quilts that are used as wall hangings. Thanks for all the ideas and inspiration!
I love Pat Slan projects and I love giveaways!
I make mostly baby quilts and bed quilts, but this past year I did make a wall quilt and a throw for one of my granddaughters.
I enjoy making all sizes of quilts: bed, lap, and wall hangings. Right now I have all
three of these sizes of projects going at one time. Also, I am a “blue person.”
Depends on the mood I’m in. I like to make all different kinds of things. From bags to quilts to table ruuners to wall hangings to baby items and more!😉
New to quilting – I’ve made 3 t-shirt quilts so far. 2 king size and 1 twin size. Can’t wait to work on quilts for my grandkids. I have a lot to learn from all you ladies! Love reading all the posts – I’m learning so much already!!
So many quilts to make, so little time.
I love amy type.of quilting prrojects – can’t get enough! Working on a queen size right now for my son and daughter-in-law

Love giveaways! Lol I am probably the most unlucky person ever….. But worth a shot! Pat-Love all your patterns! Thank you!
I am new to quilting & learning a craft I said I’d never do. But I’m hooked & living it! Live quilt alongs as I learn so much & everyone is so good at providing feedback!
I love quilting, especially when it’s with something that’s been given to me!
I’ve been hunkered down in Texas with Harvey The Hurricane. I would love to get the chance to win a prize and turn this crazy week around 😉

I’m enjoying this sew a long. Nice prize too!
I love to make table runners and bed size quilts. I have made many over the years.
Most of the quilts I do would be bed size, though I have done a few lap quilts . Which I am starting one for my lil sis for her birthday. It will be accompanied by a memory pillow.
At this time, I’m using recently purchased patterns to make small quilts. I’ve done four in a row and now need to quilt # 5.
Most of the time I make lap quilts. Love the size and use
I make lap quilts, & table runners most of the time. Thanks for the opportunity. dougkelly@telus.net
Lately, I really enjoy smaller projects because I can finish them in a short amount of time and feel good about it.
I love all sizes of quilts and am hoping to make some for myself! The ones I make are usually gifts. I have made mostly bed quilts! Love the color blue, especially flowers!
I make mostly lap an baby quilts with a few table runners thrown in! Love sewing and quilting
I make quilts of all sizes twin to king. I quilt them myself on my domestic machine. I also do wall hagings, place mats, table runners, and mug rugs. Love it all.
I prefer to work on lap size quilts. However, I’m working on a king size bed quilt at the moment. LOL!
I make mostly lap and twin size quilts but I have projects of all sizes going. Love the blues!!!
a little bit of everything. With the holidays coming will be making smaller projects, mostly lap size
I am a process person. By that I mean I am always interested in trying a new technique. I feel rewarded by executing the technique. When going to quilt shows I take as many classes as possible. Once I understand the process I may give up on the project only to use the technique later on a different project. I like variety table toppers mug rugs full size quilts. One of my favorite sayings is I like any color as long as it’s blue 🙂
I’m a beginner, so I’m progressing slowly: started small (with coasters/table toppers), got confident enough for table runners… a baby quilt is next on my list! 🙂
Love the house blocks. Going to start mine soon. I make all sizes been lately mostly baby and all size. Thanks for all your info and postings!
I make mostly small projects with lots of med size tops complete and ‘bugging’me to sandwich and quilt them.
I love to quilt for people I love and myself . I love learning something new iw abettet way in quilting
I am making lots of gifts for Christmas – and love your patterns. Batiks are my favorite!
I love to make lap size quilts, wall hangings, table runners, etc. I have made several bed size quilts. Love to give quilts as gifts. I have sewn for 5 decades and it is my escape.
I love to make small quilt projects because I like instant gratification. I have made throws and twins for bed quilts. I find I mostly do table toppers and runners lately.
Love your great ideas. I tend to make more bed quilts because if you invest all the time and money I want to make sure it is used.
I make a variety of items. My most recent to be completed is 64 x 64. It will look very nice on my mom’s bed. It is a quilt for her. It is currently at the quilters so just need to get the binding ready to go.
I also enjoy making small projects that are quick & easy.
I like to make all size of projects
Newbie here, really enjoying small projects but also participating in GK, which helps me focus on ‘small’ each week, then looking forward to it all coming together in a lap quilt! I’ll keep practicing and refining sew many skills!
Ohhhh, Santa in the window ~ I love it!!! Agree that this block improved with the change of fabric at the bottom. And the Fig Tree fabrics are one of my top favorites so I’m definitely loving that block. I have made lap quilts exclusively until I started work on a queen size for my son & new wife. It’s a work-in-progress & I’m actually looking forward to the machine quilting which I will do myself. Thanks Pat for your generous contributions to the worldwide quilting community!
I make everything! From big to small, I make it all.
I make a mixture of baby, small and larger quilts. Always depends on the recipient.
Beautiful blues. Thanks for all the info you share!
I love quilting because it brought me to your face book page with all of these men and women who have a heart and passion for fabric and other people. I am pretty new having made my first quilt because I joined a face book page where we are making a quilt for a stranger. I have since made four tops (smaller the first was a queen from a pattern called Nightscape) but run a dog kennel and work 14-18 hours a day so I do not have much time. But certainly would love to play with your “gift” should I be so lucky. Have a blessed day reading all the love notes from your fellow quilters and fans. Hyest Regard, Sam Hyer
Love all the blue!
