I have a wee teeny tiny little collection of holiday fabrics (insert eyes looking to the heavens…) So I got out the crate.. tub... um.. I mean little box of them … and used a piece of my Santa fabric for the window! I'm going to start looking for darling prints to add in!
We are on Block #4.. below is the download & link to my project page with ALL the blocks
TRUE CONFESSION.. this is 'Try #2' as 'Try #1' didn't quite make it.. want to see?

When I made this block I didn't think about how using a different fabric at the bottom would create an entirely new look. It makes the house short. I put it on my design wall for awhile and it bugged me.
So I had a date with Jack, Jack the Ripper, and fixed it up! Don't you think it's better on the one above it?

Hi, I make lap or bed quilts, because most of my people live closer to Canada than Mexico.

I’ve sewn mainly medium quilts, as they work great for snuggle quilts for two, plus will fit on a bed top. Right now I’m doing a queen and a baby. Just depends who needs it!
Love the blue and white – my favorite color combo. It’s pretty much a neutral palette and you can put it anyplacs
I live give sways! Love your scrappy blue quilt pattern, too.

The Jelly Roll is in Blues💙. my most favorite color, “Waterford”table runner pattern?…I lived in Waterford NY when my son was a baby, and I now live in Waterford, CT. over 17 years now:). And I’ve always been connected with Water. Born in January. Under the Water sign. and I grew up in StillWater, NY💙! I have been sewing since before I was a teen…learned to sew in 4-H, then in Jr and Sr High, I took every Home Ec. class I could:). Then about 20 years ago I found a Quilt store and so began my Love of Fabric💙❤️💙!
I’ve been learning to make quilts ever since:). I am now going to start attending a Church that has a group of women who make quilts for premise, the Homeless shelter they support, and are involved in other OutReach Projects for the. Immunity! I’m so excited, and feel so Blessed that I have been given a gift of a talent that I can use to help others in need!!!
I love the blues. I mostly make lap quilts but should stick with small projects…..maybe there would be less ufos.
I love giveaways and also love blue. I work mostly work on bed quilts. I am a fairly new quilter. I started a few years ago after I became disabled and couldn’t work anymore. I was not use to nor did I want to stay home. So my friends introduced me to quilting. I started out finishing Quilts of Valor quilts. I also made quite a few of quilts for charity. I could not afford fabric so my friends gave me quilts to finish and scraps. A few months ago a had a big surgery on my shoulder quilting is part of my rehab. My number one goal is to be quilting like I was. If you have an extra giveaway I would love to have it . Have an awesome day Pat.
I bought my first sewing machine 3 weeks ago and have created 3 quilt tops so far. At 66 and male, I am doing ok. Smile
I love to Win…..
This group has encouraged and given me a vision to be a quilter and I thank you!! It is becoming my passion!
I make lap-size throws or bed quilts. Would love to give the table runner a try- luv the blues in the jelly roll!
I prefer baby to lap size blankets. They’re still beautiful yet not as heavy as a full or larger.
I make quilts for Project Linus and Blocks for the brave. Thank you for the chance to win.
I love the blue pattern you showed with this giveaway on Facebook. 😊
Duh!!!! Who doesn’t like give a ways. No brainer
I sew all size quilts, plus totes and purses.
Love everything you throw out! So glad I stumbled onto your Facebook page! I mostly make baby quilts with a few large quilts thrown in. I want to make table runners and place mats but some how my life doesn’t make time for such things. I’m usually on a time crunch for the things I do make.
I like bed quilts, interested in a quilted purse or maybe something to give to nursing homes that would go on wheelchairs. Your site has giving me a lot of idea’s and so many beautiful fabrics !
I have been using Pat’s Children’s Books series to get back into quilting. I’m doing small things right now but have visions of grandeur! Thanks, Pat, for nudging me on my way.
now days i mostly make small projects and maybe 2 bed sized quilts a year.
I love blue and white! This quilt would be for me, not a gift for someone else for a change.
I made big bedsize quilts for all my grandchildren, but now I am making lap size quilts for friends and relatives. I am going to redo my own bedroom this fall and just can’t find a pattern that I am sure I want.
Have always loved your fabric and designs.
I have made seven quilts since I started quilting two years ago. The first I jumped in with both feet and made a king size quilt. Then I made a queen size, three twin sizes, and two laps quilts. So I guess I have made more bed size quilts. I do have a couple kits to make wall hangings and am looking forward to getting them started.
Love the blue!! I do not make anything as big as twin size. Working on quilts for my friends’ grandkids (10yoa/younger), table runners and (in my head) nieces and nephews quilts. I did make an almost twin size for my brother!
Smaller sizes easier for me to handle.
I make all of the sizes and other projects i have to sew something everyday or i feel lost..Quilting became my therapy at the loss of 2 sons..
I love to do anything from mini to queen bed size. I love to do the small ones the best. I just have been enjoying to sew.
I usually make bed quilts and table runners. My husband is a photographer so my walls are pretty full but I do have a couple of bed size quilts hanging around the house too! Thanks, Pat, for adding so much to my enjoyment of this craft!
I’ve done two king size bed quilts, but had to send them out to be quilted. I am making mostly throw sized quilts now so I can quilt at home and have more money to buy more fabrics! 😉 Did the Be My Neighbor at size given, but am in the process of making smaller projects with the Solstice blocks. Working on a throw size now with the blocks. Love your generosity in sharing your knowledge and blocks with us!
I mostly make Christening quilts, I never get them finished in time for the birth!! I make them in a Throw size so big enough for a play mat or their Big Bed a few years later.
Thank you Pat for all your wonderful QaL’s, they are sew much fun.
I love give-aways! And I love your patterns
Totally adorable!!! Thank you for the opportunity and to all you do!
