I love to quilt and think your quilt sea scenes are beautiful work creation time to spend selecting the fabric. I live in Galveston Tx. I would love to win display in my house since I will be leaving Galveston Island. Itâs become too expensive to live on the coast.
I live on a lake and last year my husband built a new âboat houseâ by the lake where we can sit and relax while watching the grandkids have fun. I have an empty wall space in there that this beachy quilt would look awesome hanging up in. I would love to win this!
Thank you for the giveaway. I guess my favorite summer activity is working at our local food pantry and taking our honey to the farmers market every Saturday morning. And NOT spending it in the hospital like I did most of last summer!
Iâve recently moved to Florida and love to enjoy any and all the summer activities 365 days a year. My favorite activity is in the water and since the pool is heated I can enjoy even in the winter!
Besides going to the beach, my favorite summer activity is visiting with my grandchildren. They are six hours away by car, so visits are not as frequent as I would like, but in the summer, they are out of school and we are free to do whatever makes them happy.
Such an awesome summer quilt! We live by the beach in California. We love sunsets and observing wildlife. Itâs most relaxing place to be!
My fun things to do in summer is walks at the beautiful college we live by with our dogs, my husband loves reading while I quilt. We are retired and just do all together…

My favorite summer activity is camping for a week on Assateague Island off the coast of Maryland. We meet our friends there and just enjoy the time together. Been going there for 15 or so years and look forward to it every time!

Your quilt is beautiful! So bright and cheerful. I live less than half a mile from the beach in Kitty Hawk, NC. I can hear the ocean nearly all the time. I’m blessed. A Pat Sloan quilt would probably hang on a sun-free wall in my quilt room which faces east. So, probably the southeast wall. Dreams are made and come true at the beach. My favorite thing to do in the summer for fun is to go to the lake and play with out jet skis! Weâre probably the only over-60 on that particular lake running jet skis, but theyâre so much fun.
Favorite place to just sit back and relax is at the beach, especially the Oregon coast.

Your Beach quilt is beautiful. Love how it was made and quilted. I can understand how you feel about quilt making. I love the process and even stitching the binding by hand but always thinking ahead to that next project or two. I love picking out the next material grouping and how the shapes all come together. I really loved how you explained the Heart runner layout. Sometimes, I 2nd guess myself but you always seem to be spot on. I will be doing that Owl quilt too. THANK YOU.
