  1. Hi Pat! Thank you for the chance to win a layer cake from Benertex. I love to use fat quarter bundles & layer cakes, depending on the project and my current budget. Congratulations on your 10th Anniversary, I’m very grateful for all that you do for us. God bless.

  2. Fat quarters really work out well for me, but there are so many patterns that use layer cakes. Love the classic look of this fabric line.

  3. I love fat quarter bundles, but can rarely afford them. my next go-to is a layer cake. I try to make do with fabric I have and wait till a special occasion and then ask my family for a gift certificate to purchase quality fabric,

  4. Hi Pat I like Fat Quarter Precuts the best, jelly rolls and charm packs tie for second.place.
I have not used a layer cake yet but I would love to see how versatile a layer cake would be in making a quilt. To get a layer cake of your beautiful drawing room fabric would be amazing! Thank you and keep on smiling!

  5. I prefer the fat quarte bundles, because you get more fabric, my second choice will be fat eights and my third choice will be a layer cake.

  6. I like half yard bundles best, that way I feel like I have plenty of fabric for what ever I decide to make.

  7. I’m finding I like fat quarters best, but like others have said, it depends on the pattern and what I have on hand.

  8. I used my first layer cake a year ago. Loved it. But need to evaluate if layer cake works for the pattern to limit waste.

  9. I have always liked jelly rolls but lately I have gravitated towards layer cakes. If there is a big print in the collection, it gets lost in a jelly roll, whereas layer cakes let those prints shine. I would love fat quarters of everything, but I can’t always afford a big fat quarter bundle.

  10. I’d love to tell you my favorite precut, but I just can’t pick one! It depends on my mood and whatever project I feel like at that time! Love your drawing room fabric so this gift would be wonderful!

  11. My favorite precut is Fat Quarter Bundles because I like to prewash my fabric and is the only precut that is suitable to prewash. That doesn’t mean I don’t use other precuts and I would love to win a layer cake of your fabric.

  12. Love fat quarter bundles but also find layer cakes very handy. Your drawing room fabric is georgeus.

  13. I mainly get yardage, that way i have plenty and some leftovers. I have used a half yard bundle, but found there were some prints i didn’t care for in the line. One time I got a layer cake for the chandelier quilt and it worked out beautifully, and bonus I still had leftovers.

  14. Fat Quarter bundles are my favorite but sometimes I like to get the half yard bundles too. They allow for more cuts.

  15. My favorite precuts are fat quarter or half yard bundles. Plenty of fabric to fussy cut and see the fabric design. Congratulations on 10 years! So fun.

  16. Up until recently I’ve always preferred layer cakes as my favorite precut bc of the versatility and getting all the fabrics in a line. Since participating in Pat’s many projects I’ve started buying fat quarters, especially when the colors are similar to my layer cakes. Then I can mix them together. Pat, thanks for the inspiration to think outside the box!

  17. I would have to say Fat Quarter Bundles. You get enough fabric of a designer line of fabric that will go together to complete a Quilt. Makes me happy.

  18. My favorite precuts are jelly rolls but lately I have seen a few patterns using layer cakes that I like. In fact, I just finished a quilt using a layer cake because I wanted to showcase the prints.

  19. Precuts seem to be my go to. I love either fat quarters or layer cakes. So many options and patterns to explore and create.

  20. In like fat quarters, layer cakes and charm squares. Makes it so much easier to plan. Also luv the fabrics are a family. I have trouble chosing. Thank-you Pat Sloan for all you do. So much fun.

  21. I love the layer cakes I think, I enjoy working with layer cakes and a variety of different Colors of fabric that comes in The pack

  22. I love layer cakes as they provide the variety I need for my quilts. If I am totally in love with the fabric line, I will purchase fat quarter bundles and some extra yardage for borders and binding.
