I love good Cherry Pie! The sweet and the tart just tickles my mouth and my heart. Something that is hard to find and therefore rare.

There are so many good choices for dessert. I love cherry pie and cheesecake. Lately though, my go to after dinner snack is peanut butter stuffed pretzels. They have less calories and are easy to transport if I am traveling. Thank you Pat for sharing every day.
My favourite dessert is Mille-Feuille (Napoleons) with vanilla custard filling. As a special treat my mother occasionally bought it when I was a child and to me it’s always been “the gold standard” of desserts. Having said that….there are very few desserts that I say no to…
My favourite dessert is vanilla cheesecake with an apricot sauce, but I don’t have that as a dessert after every evening meal! Oh, goodness! On a daily basis, that would be too much! But I do like to end my meal with something sweet, even if it is just a few grapes or a piece of chocolate candy. Recently, I made pumpkin bars, so at current time, that is what we are having for dessert!
I almost always have a store-bought cheesecake in my fridge. I treat myself to one slice although I could certainly eat more.
My favourite dessert is ice cream. About 35 years ago I developed an allergy to all milk products. Several years ago I was on a trip to Italy and tried gelato. I didn’t get sick and for the next 2 weeks I was in heaven. I ate every flavour I could get my hands on !! When I got home I tried ice cream again, and found I can have some in very small quantities…but I can tolerate it. Still can’t manage milk products, but at least I can have ice cream once again !!
Pecan Pie!!! My cousin gave me a recipe for “Not to sweet Pecan Pie” and that is what I make almost every year and love it!
I have a whole family of Cookie Monsters! The cookie jar is the first stop for the grandkids. Once in a while those store bought cookies appear (like when I’m really working to get a quilt done). I usually bake 9 different kinds at Christmas.
I LOVE sweets unfortunately. 🙂. I can’t really pick just one. German Chocolate cake, carrot cake. I rarely bake those, only special occasion. For an anytime dessert, chocolate cake with chocolate icing. The Wacky Cake recipe is one of the best I’ve made.
I love a hot cup of tea after dinner… super boring BUT my treat after dinner is yogurt and frozen blueberries … I LOVE it.

My favorite dessert is New York style cheesecake the crazy rich kind you can’t finish a slice.
My go to dessert is ice cream: anything with chocolate ice cream, chocolate pieces, brownies, fudge, a mixture of everything. It seems to be the one sweet I cannot give up. As a teacher, my school celebrates birthdays every month, and I have no issue passing up all the cookies, cupcakes, candy, and cake.
Hi from Southern Indiana! Years ago, in the early days of my nursing career, the hospital where I worked made great bread pudding (no raisins!). Thus my love of bread pudding began. Have been saving ends of bread for a few weeks and have now gathered ingredients to make some for me in the next few days. We are expecting icy and snowy weather for the next few days. So, will make some chili and bread pudding for a stay-in weekend. And will work on block #5 of Sweet Dreams quilt!! Hope everyone will stay safe and warm.
My favourite is pecan pie. I usually make tarts or squares so that I can send them home with my family and friends so I don’t eat them all.

Picking your favorite dessert is like picking your favorite child. I just can’t do it. So one of my favorite desserts is a drink called the Nutty Irishman. It’s made with Baileys Irish Cream and a drizzle of Frangelico. If you haven’t tried a Nutty Irishman, give it a try, but a word of caution, it is so good you might want two.
I like to bake fresh chocolate chip cookies and top with vanilla ice cream and drizzle with chocolate. It is so yummy.
My favorite dessert is spice cake with a little bit of powdered sugar . Yum! When you showed us the Swetzels (sp?) cookies I ordered them right away and enjoyed them with coffee during late night sewing .
I don’t eat a lot of sweets. I have allergies to chocolate and cinnamon 😩 but if I had to pick something I could have it would either be strawberry and biscuits or sugar cookies.
My favorite dessert is pie. Dutch apple with the crispy crumble topping is my favorite. I love it warm with vanilla bean ice cream. Lemon is a close second (almost tied). My mom made the best lemon meringue. My husband would tell her it was not quite right so she had better practice some more. He would be happy to taste test it for her. Lol
I really love a Lemon Meringue pie the way my Mom always made it. She always made it extra tart, so good.

My favorite dessert is warm chocolate chunk brownies with vanilla ice cream on top. They have to be chewy brownies. Best right out of the oven.
My favorite dessert is crème brûlée. It is light enough to not weigh you down and sweet enough to pair with coffee to create the perfect end to a meal. I love the combination of smooth custard and crunchy brown sugar. Simply delectable! 😋
Rhubarb Crumble is my favourite dessert.
My favorite dessert is a pig picking cake. It’s made with mandarin orange slices baked in the cake batter with lots of cool whip on top. Just delicious!
Homemade Brown sugar oatmeal cookie with pecans, mini chocolate chips and coconut! Want to make it extra special ??? Make Ice cream cookie sandwiches with some yummy vanilla ice cream… I’ve never had a complaint with that one! People who don’t usually like oatmeal cookies ask me for the recipe.

I love everything chocolate, but truly chocolate ice cream is always a favorite. It hits the spot after a meal. Always yummy and refreshing (even in the winter months!)
Hi! Being Canadian I have to go with a butter tart, raisins or not, I love them. If I am feeling in the mood for extra sweet (as if the tart isn’t sweet enough) I add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of a butter tart I have warmed up. Yummm!
I love Bailey’s and Kahlua coffee and Creme Brulee.
It’s a cross between fudgy brownies and French silk pie!! I love to bake but don’t get to as often as I’d like.

After dinner i love my espresso latte made with oat milk, pumpkin spice and coconut sugar. Let’s not forget the biscotti to dunk. Every night ritual for me. Cheers

Well Pat this is a hard one to answer! Picking a favorite I would have to say it’s a toss up between Brownies and Apple Pie a la mode! I rarely make them though because I would eat too many!
