After dinner I like to have one mint candy, does not really matter what type just has to be mint. But my favorite real dessert is bread pudding warm with cream. Was my dad‘s favorite dessert as well as mine.
My favorite dessert after a meal would be lemon meriange pie, although I haven’t had any for quite a few years since I am the only one in the family who likes lemon, so I just usually have a dish of peaches or a banana.
My favorite desert is homemade berry pie! But I like almost any dessert!
I was never a sweet treat person but after my mom passed I have my dad for supper every night and he likes something sweet after the meal. Now I get more treats than I need!!! But my all time favorite that I request at every birthday is angel food cake. My mom was sure I always had it, even when she was sick. I can eat the whole cake by myself!

Since I have to eat low carb, many desserts are not good for me. But I found a low carb “ice cream” I really like and have after nearly every dinner. For special times, I enjoy sugar free angel food cake (when I can find it) and strawberries.

Pat, Thank you so much for your video! I love your big summer quilt! What a blessing to have a grandmother who shared her baking! I also love sugar cookies, my favorite is a Betty Crocker recipe found in their older cookbooks, I just replace the lard with real butter. And to top it off I add buttercream frosting.
I love cheesecake but rarely have it. There’s just me and I don’t need a full cake. So I usually have something chocolate around.
Pumpkin Torte has been a family favorite for over 40 years. I now have to make a double recipe for holidays when the entire family gets together.
I am a custard girl, so, apple pie or apple crumble with custard, treacle pudding with custsrd, or just a huge jug of custard all to myself, love it !!!

I, like your dad, have a super sweet tooth. Love all sweets and fruits, not blueberries so much. But first thing that comes to mind is lemon bars. You get the sweet and tart all in one bite.

Deep dark chocolate cake with plump cherries would put me in heaven.

My favorite dessert is ice cream. Almost any flavor but especially butter pecan. What a terrific bundle of goodies you are sharing! Someone will be lucky.
My favorite dessert is ice cream cake. It’s a recipe I got over 40 years ago at my first job when a coworker made it for my birthday. Sprinkle crushed Oreo cookies on bottom of cake pan. Then layer 1/2 gallon of any flavored ice cream. Top with more crushed Oreos and pour chocolate syrup on top. I like it very chocolaty so I use just about a full 16 oz can. Then top with cool whip and more crushed Oreos. Freeze several hours or overnight before serving. I have also substituted crushed nuts for the cookies for a CMP type cake. Very yummy.
I’ve never met a dessert I didn’t like, but I usually just have a small piece of chocolate candy.

My most favorite dessert is Black Forest Cake. How could you not love chocolate and cherries! 40 plus years ago when I was expecting my first child, my son I was at lunch with my Mom. She was trying to get me to eat healthy and had ordered something I just couldn’t seem to love as much as she thought I would. So she goes ok I know what you want go ahead and get your dessert! Yup it was my Black Forest Cake! Love my Mom!

I’ve already divulged my favorite dessert – grilled angel food cake and pineapple, with ice cream and little warm caramel sauce over the top. Soak the pineapple in maple syrup for a bit before grilling. Yummy!!!
Ilove cookies. mostly home made but not always. so relaxing after dinner mess is cleared and relaxing w/coffee or tea and a couple of cookies.
