I love pecan pie. Don’t have it very often but is my favorite.

My favorite dessert is Key Lime Pie but I also love sour cherry pie with a dollop of ice cream! Since we don’t have sweets often in the house, if I’m craving something sweet I’ll eat a piece of dark chocolate or a fruit bar-preferably strawberry. Thanks for the drawing!

My favorite desert is German Chocolate Cake. My mom always made it for me on my birthday. When I was pregnant with my daughter, in 1977, I ate a whole German Chocolate Cake by myself! Perhaps that’s why she loves German Chocolate Cake too!!

My favorite cake is one called “Heavenly Strawberry cake”. It is a layer cake with a pudding in between the layers along with fresh strawberries. And has a whipped cream icing. My husband is a great baker, he introduced me to it and for our wedding day, I asked him to bake it which he did. To me it is the best cake ever!

Two favorites – French Silk Pie and what I call Raspberry Rip Out Cake – which is an angel food cake with a ring of the middle removed all the way around and stuffed with torn small pieces of the removed section mixed together with whipped cream, raspberry jello and raspberries. The top slice is put back on the ring and the whole thing frosted with whipped cream…MMMMmmmm!
I love homemade sugar cookies. My sisters, nieces and I get together every year during the holidays to make them together.

My favorite dessert is Coconut cake. I had to develop a taste for coconut. I did not like it as a child; however, as I grow older, it has become my favorite go to dessert.

My favorite all-time desert was the raspberry sour cream pie that was served at a restaurant chain in my town that closed years ago. Second choice would be cheesecake.

Something that is really good for anytime is club cracker with bacon and brown sugar drizzled with chocolate of course.
You put the crackers on a rack in a pan and place a “same size” piece of raw bacon a little brown sugar and cook for 10 mins or so at 350
when cooled drizzle with melted chocolate and enjoy.
