- What is a Fat Quarter? A fat quarter is half of a 1/2 yard of fabric cut WIDE so it is 18" x 20"
- Can I use fabric that is not a FQ? Sure!
- Can I use Stash (fabric I own) – Yes! Pull out a bundle of beautiful fabric
- Will I use all the fabric – Not all of it. This is to give you variety, more is better!
- Can you show me the blocks in advance? No, it's a mystery
- What are the Technique? – All Easy Pieced.
- NOTE: The Blocks do NOT LOOK like the topic of the week. This is not a pictorial quilt. I do a topic as it is way more fun than just plopping out a block. I love the memories and sometimes research that goes into the topic. That keeps my Sew alongs fun and unique.

CORRECTION ON BROWNIES instead of 1cup of water use 1/2 cup. Sorry!
I love my husband’s brownie s> He uses a Betty Croker supreme with walnuts, uses 2 eggs , about 1/2 cup of oil, puts 1 cup of water extra. Spray pan with can with Pam spray 350 degrees cook for 30 minutes. My brother hopes he fixes them also when he comes from Ohio to Florida. Looks like a great prize I would like to win.
Brownies are a staple at our house, so many yummy variations and they all taste better warm with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream and a drizzle of chocolate fudge!!!

Brownies are one of my favorite desserts! Although I start off with a box mix, I always doctor the brownies up by adding an egg(s), at least 1 cup of English walnuts, dark chocolate chips, and/or dark chocolate Hershey’s syrup. My daughter always wanted me to add M&Ms. I don’t usually reach for the brownies with the edges. I prefer the brownies on the inside.

Yummy brownies with crispy crunchy edges and nuts,nuts,and more nuts are a must! Go togethers are a glass of cold milk for dipping or hot chocolate on cold evenings. Warm brownie with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream and a drizzle of chocolate sauce are a favorite at our house.
Brownies are our families favorite too… however no one likes the edges, so all my kids eat the center and leave the edges for my hubby and I. We’re a gluten free family, I’ve found that Walmart’s brand taste the best from a box.

Hi! I love brownies because they bring back happy memories of times when my daughters were small and I was a single mom. I didn’t have money to buy extra gifts so my girls and I would bake brownies to give to friends and neighbors. After our first time doing that, my girtls looked forward to baking brownies and giving them to our neighbors. What lovely memories!

I spent an afternoon cutting and putting square together to have it 1/2 short all around. I am using a quarter inch foot. At least my brownies turnout right. Seldom make them, because I eat them.

We all like my Mother -in love’s Texas brownie recipe.
It uses a strong brewed coffee☕️ in the cake🎂 like batter.
The frosting is homemade with cocoa powder and poured over on the warm brownies.

I love all things dark chocolate. The gooey middle of a dark chocolate brownie. I do make a great blonde brownie with chocolate chips, white chocolate and dry cranberries with cream cheese frosting for Christmas.

Brownies – I love everything about them. So simple to bake up and their soft chocolates taste. Yum. I too use the brownie recipe on the chocolate squares box.

I do love to bake and there are so many tasty treats, but I think my favorite is my families German Apple Cheesecake. Different than most cheesecakes out there, but so delicious!
