- NOTE: The Blocks do NOT LOOK like the topic of the week. This is not a pictorial quilt. I do a topic as it is way more fun than just plopping out a block. I love the memories and sometimes research that goes into the topic. That keeps my Sew alongs fun and unique.

Brownies are a favorite in our house too! We put walnuts on half of it since our littlest isn’t a big fan of them just yet.
I have been experimenting with additions to brownies; marshmallows, cream cheese swirl, etc.

I love the corner pieces of brownies, so i have a pan that makes all of them corner pieces.
Brownies are a favorite in my house! Love walnuts, but have had to not add them since hubby found out he’s allergic to all nuts! I give the corner pieces to my son… and I like the gooey center best! Great for the waistline…not!

I’m not a big chocolate eater, so I never really eat brownies. When my children were young I would make brownie for them. When I did make brownies, I always made them from a box, because I’m not a baker either. That pan looks good. Your block looks great.
Love Love Brownies. My Mom made them often but I don’t because I would eat them all. LOL But my son and grandson love them so after watching the show and thinking about brownies I think I will make some this weekend. I like the cake like one that you add an extra egg and Yes I like choc chips in them no nuts in them BUT I make a choc icing and put on top and sprinkle finely chop nuts on top. Sometimes I get fancy and put a very thin layer of a choc mint icing and then choc icing. OH WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO ME. NOW I MUST MAKE BROWNIES. LOL
My husband and I love brownies. We found a little shop that sold Blood Orange infused cooking oil and used that in my brownies instead of regular oil. They were delicious. Thank You for the chance to win the goody bag.

Brownies were the “carrot in front of me” mom used to get me to eat veggies…. No veggies, no brownies. She made hers from scratch and iced them. I like to get a box of mix… haven’t found one that does not work…. and add about half a bag of Andes Mint baking chips into the mix…… Always popular

How I eat Brownies, still warm from the oven. ( Even better if they have some chocolate pieces in them).
Just gonna cut one and eat it. That went down really easily…maybe just one more, then I’ll stop. Oh, now the row is uneven. Let’s trim that up. (The quilter in me can’t leave an uneven edge on my brownies). Maybe just another small piece. They’re so goood! Milk, I need some milk right now. One more small…oh never mind, Just give me the pan and a fork.
I love thick chewy brownies with a nice layer of chocolate frosting topped with some chopped walnuts and a scoop of vanilla ice cream

I love Brownies! The only recipe I use is from an Old Lunchroom Lady, back in the 70’s. One chocolate regular cake mix. One box of “Cooking” Chocolate pudding. NOT INSTANT. Cook the choc pudding as directed on package. Dump Hot Pudding into dry cake mix, and stir. Add nuts if you like and or chips. Bake in a sprayed pan for 25-30 minutes or until done. Instead of frosting, while the brownies are still hot out of the oven, sprinkle chocolate chips on top, let them start to melt and then spread around with knife. That’s It!

I love brownies with vanilla ice cream on top. I have to watch what I consume since I am lactose intolerant, which is a royal pain. So I buy Gherraldi dark chocolate chips and I buy lactose free ice cream. Well let me tell you, for someone that can’t eat milk products this is the bomb. I have tried many recipes and lost my favorite during our move. So on the hunt I will go to see if I can find it again. It’s the perfect treat for Sundays since I call Sunday “Fun Day”.
I love brownies and my pan bakes mini bite size brownies so all edges are crispy. YUM-O!! Now I’m hungry for brownies!

I really love brownies too. I choose to by the mini brownies and put them in the freezer – that way I only eat 2 at a time, and not every day. Otherwise I would eat the complete container full in one setting. Frozen brownie and hot coffee for breakfast is the best.

I love the texture of brownies. I enjoy the chewy with the crispy with the soft fudge parts. I also love when they have the shiny crackle top after baking. I don’t know what makes that but it tells me the brownies will be just right!

I love brownies (actually anything chocolate)’ My husband’s favorite dessert is a lemon pie without cream or meringue (or anything lemon).
Brownies are wonderful. I like them with pecans in them. Unlike many people, I like the centers instead of the crispy sides and corners. They are so easy to make, I should make them more often, but then I would eat them, and I don’t need to eat more.

Brownies can be the best, tasty, and the worst, tasty,need to bake when I have help eating them!
My favourite brownies always have largely chopped nuts in them. It can be walnuts,
pecans, hazelnuts or alonds. They always have a crisp edge and slightly goey in the middle
My favorite brownie is any brownie with LOTS of chocolate frosting on it!
