I’d love to add a multi-needle embroidery machine to my work space.
Iād love to have a workroom dedicated to quilting. I would like be thrilled to have a designated space where I can keep my sewing machine out and available. I can no longer lift anything heavy so not needing the help to set it up would be great! Love your quilts and books!
always more fabric! but would like to add some project boxes to be more organized to find what I’m working on. I’m going to try your suggestion about scrap busting also as I have only been quilting for about one and a half years now. thank you Pat!
I need to add about 600 sq ft to my sewing area! Fabric and thread are always needed.
Pick me! Pick me!šš»š
I just don’t know how to organize my material properly. I want to see what you have done.
I plan to add a cordless iron and a light box. I have added both items to my Sandra list and I am working very hard to stay on the nice list.
I’d like to add a sewing desk, with storage cabinet, where I can have all my sewing accessories close at hand.
A whole new sewing studio!
Thanks for the videos!
Margaret
I would love to have a large design wall!
Well, maybe I would clone myself several times, so each one of us would take turns sewing. If sewing 24/7, I/we might be more productive. In reality, I would probably like to get some closed door shelving for all my UFO’s. Right now they are in bags, bins, or stacked….very disorganized! Thanks for the giveaway opportunities!
I’d like a sewing room on the main floor that’s nice and big!
I just added a new chair to my sewing area and I love it. Made of a mesh fabric with good support while sewing
I would like to add a hydraulic lift to my long arm machine so I can change height and have less neck pain using it!
I would love to have a Bloc lock ruler for half square triangles, large fat quarter bundles and a bobbin winder. Fixed incomes are hard, but I will buy it when I can. Happy Day!!!āŗ
A spinning matilda mat!
STORAGE CUPBOARD
Hi Pat Yes I would love to add quilting machine, and I really would love to try a white pencil to my stash. Besides more room in my sewing room for putting quilts together.
I have lots and lots of fabric. I think I’m a fabriholic, but I really need some patterns so I’d like to add some of Pat’s books and patterns. I also would like some glue sticks and marking tools to use with those patterns. I’m almost done with my sewing room organization, meaning fabric in Art Bin satchels by color or potential project grouping. I need to put labels on the boxes so it will be easy for me to see what I have when I want to begin a new project. Cutting into all that beautiful fabric is hard to do, but great when I can make gifts for those I love.
I would love a bigger room but I realize it’s not possible so I watch for ideas that help me make the best use of my space.
I would love to move a cabinet and a table out of my space and add a tall cabinet and some shelves.
I really want to add a new sewing machine. My Janome 8000 is making some funny sounds, there aren’t any parts available anymore due to it’s age.
How do I add time to my day to spend in my room? That is what I need!
I love your haircut.
I would like to add a ironing place . I use my kitchen counter -which makes it hard to not get distracted from eating while Im there pressing pieces for blocks.
My wish would be to have a long arm quilting machine and the room for it š
If money were no issue, I want a big quilting studio. I have all the items I need, just not space to organize, storage space, long arm area, sewing area, cutting area, ironing area, design walk area, etc.
My wish is similar to yours Pat, but I do not have space for an entire room. But how about half a room with room for storage, an ironing board, a cutting board and a new sewing area. Right now I am using parts of several rooms as my sewing area.. fabric stored under beds and in several closets, ironing board in living room, plus cutting area on top of portable dishwasher in kitchen. As you can see I am all over the place.
I would like to add organization to the chaos but in the form of having the quilting fairies come in the night and miraculously it is perfect in the morning!
I might need some THINGS then but know I have multiples buried in stuff!
I have a longarm already.I have multiple sewing machines. I would like to have nice storage for my sewing room. Presently I am using plastic drawer units. My fabric is in 3 closets in my sewing room, organized by color with Christmas and Halloween separate. I am trying to work my way through my stash, but I will have to live to 100 and not buy any more fabric to do it. We all know that won’t happen.
I would love to have room for a design wall. I had a nice big one at our previous home, but no room here!
clear Tote bins are a quilter best friend. They can be stacked or like me..they hold my projects, scraps and novelty fabrics…under my long arm.
I would love to add an accuquilt cutting machine to my space or a sit down quilting machine like a seeet 16!
Hi Pat. I’m hoping to add a good, lightweight sewing machine to take to classes, retreats, and when we go out in the RV. I want a few decorative stitches, button holes, needle up and down, and a thread cutter.
I would love to add another vintage sewing machine! I think I can squeeze it in my sewing room!!
Thank you, Pat! Love your designs!
I need a larger bookshelf type of cabinet to organize my stash of fabric
I want to add the cute little roll around cart,I have it in my wish list on amazon. Hopeful that a family member will spot it for Christmas. Thank you for all your ideas and patterns.
I would like a design wall. A WALL to design. No Wall. Need a WALL.
I would love to add a embroidery machine and new serger to my sewing space.G
I have several machines and would love to have cabinets and tables to hold them all that match. I have just picked up odd pieces as I find them.
I would love to add a storage cabinet of some kind to keep all my notions and tools in one spot – pins, buttons, feet, etc. – or one that would make fabric storage more organized.
I would like to add a bigger cutting space. Have thoroughly enjoyed quilting with your group
I would love to add more stash to my work place. Just starting out I have most of everything except fabric so I’ll be working on my stach hopefully soon.
I would like a large pegboard with hooks and other hardward to display my thread spools (all sizes) so they are more readily available for use. Thanks for your inspiration to organize my sewing space better. You are awesome.
Pat, Besides a room addition of a large walk in closet for my storage. I would like a new machine to do free motion quilting on!
Thanks Pat!
I would like to have a designated room for sewing. Or I would gladly like a large she shed for sewing and relaxing.
I would like to add built in cabinets and shelves, (wouldn’t we all) but I need a small iron that shuts off by its self.
My next investment will be a sturdy cutting table.
I need a sewing chair in my work space. On chair # 2 and still isn’t working. Went with a talker drafting chair because my table is taller…not working.
Iām going to add some flannel to my room today. Iām hopefully going to add my backing to my sons birthday gift tomorrow.
I’d love to add more time IN my sewing space, maybe if it was better organized I wouldn’t feel guilty about sitting down to sew.
