Can anyone tell me how to resize a picture on my iPad hone 8? When I try to call post here it tell me my pic is too large. I cropped but that is not the issue.

I want a Christmas Quilt and I am behind, but would love to go back someday and make the quilt. Love and appreciate all your post.
Just got done with the 18 setting blocks, now am doing # 7 and I will be ready for #8 on wednesday
All caught up!!! I starred 3 days ago. Good thing there were not a lot more, maybe now I can make 1 every week and be ready to finish on time.
