I have a wee teeny tiny little collection of holiday fabrics (insert eyes looking to the heavens…) So I got out the crate.. tub... um.. I mean little box of them … and used a piece of my Santa fabric for the window! I'm going to start looking for darling prints to add in!
We are on Block #4.. below is the download & link to my project page with ALL the blocks
TRUE CONFESSION.. this is 'Try #2' as 'Try #1' didn't quite make it.. want to see?

When I made this block I didn't think about how using a different fabric at the bottom would create an entirely new look. It makes the house short. I put it on my design wall for awhile and it bugged me.
So I had a date with Jack, Jack the Ripper, and fixed it up! Don't you think it's better on the one above it?

Hi Pat, Downunder here I sew with blue a lot….and mainly lap quilts. I’ve tried to make smaller quilts but get too excited when I open a jelly or Layer cake. Currently making the Grannies quilt with you and loving it. First time I’ve done anything like this so thankyou, sending hugs from Sydney Australia 😙😙😙
I mostly make lap quilts, or wall hangings but I challenged myself to a queen size recently. It’s not finished yet because I am currently using a treadle machine to finish the top and then to quilt it.
Mostly crib size quilts. I have 10 grandkids with #11 due in November. Just found your Facebook page and web site today. Excited to find this resource!
I love quilts. Any size.
I make mostly baby quilts for all the docs in my office who have had babies. When one is born another one pops up pregnant so I have been pretty busy!! I also make table runners to give as gifts.
I love to quilt, to keep the people I love warm. I love to quilt to play with beautiful fabrics. I love to quilt to fondle my fabrics. I love to quilt to try new patterns. I love to quilt for the peace it brings to my soul. I love to quilt and skip housework. I love to quilt and let the Crock Pot do the cooking. I love to quilt it is part of me that I can share with others. I love to quilt.
I would love to win this is the only way I can reply I hope it works
I do bed quilts and am cutting out a blue and beige winding ways quilt right now
I love
I have done more throw size quilts, but have started doing a few bed sized ones–am currently doing “Grandma’s Kitchen” blocks and having fun with that! Thanks for all your patterns and inspiration!!
I make mostly baby quilts because they are small and quick and you can still use lots of different techniques in them. Seems everyone is having babies so you can never have enough quilts ready as gifts! I am just learning QAYG. So far so good!
Love your sight and enjoy all your hard work and sharing with other quilters
I love looking at all the color combinations as am not good with that. I love making lap, and twin and doubles. that’s it.
I have ony made small projects in the past but am ready to do BIG ones!!! But small ones are wonderful, too! And I adore giveaways!!! Thanks for the ALL the fun! fun 😀
Mostly large lap quilts! Really anything but minis.
I tend to favor lap quilts but I love them all!
Pick me sweets!!! Jelly roll love!!
I make
a little bit of everything but most of my items have been bed quilts
Small projects and wall hangings. Baby blankets
Love your Santa gnome’s fabric, it’s adorable. I usually switch up my projects, I’ve done a couple of quilts, little string bags for girly personal stuff, curtains, cat toys, doll quilts and pillows with sheets,a Halloween costume, and I’m still learning and challenging myself, great fun! Although not a pro, but determined to be.
Basically a beginner sewer to quilts. I have alot to learn for sure.
Hello, I usually make small projects but I have been really keen to do lap quilts. Starting this week 😊
I usually make baby quilts and small projects.
Yes, I love giveaways. I love the projects you share. I am getting back into sewing and quilting now that I am retired after working, raising children and moving. Thank you for all you share
love making all types and kinds of quilts, especially with cats
I like to make them all but lately Bedquilts.
I’ve been making all sizes. The smaller ones tend to actually get finished. Table runners, bags…
Yes, I like giveaways. Love watching the great projects. I am getting back into quilting after raising kids, working and moving. Thanks for all you share.

All my quilts go to charity, mostly
baby, lap quilts
All my quilts go to charity, mostly

More lap quilts these days – lots of folks needing a hug it seems. Thanks so much Pat for your continued guidance and support.
I make lap quilts, not bed size. Love the inspiration from the many photos posted by members of this group !
Nice blocks & I love the colors for the giveaway!
Houses are always so cute and can be individualized!
I’ve done a queen sized quilt, a few wall hangings, and table toppers. I like the smaller projects… Fits my short attention span so I might actually get the project done! 😉
I mostly make bed size quilts.
Right now I’m focusing on 22 quilts of valor these are the largest that QOV allow. I feel the bigger the better. But when I’m not sewing for my church and QOV then I make all sized quilts and items. I’m having to make two tops a week to have time to quilt them before the veterans service in November, so I’m excited about getting your blocks sewn and other BOM’S and my own stuff. I’ve made 4 quilts for the church this year. I’ve never made this many quilts in a year, I’ve done 15 before but not close to 30 like this year, I have at least 2 quilts I need to make for Christmas gifts too. Awesome package!
I love all that you do and I love your books of which I own several though i’m also lazy and am sooooooo far behind but I will finish another quilt, some day!! lol
I’m looking around and see a variety of bed and lap quilts mostly. But currently hand quilting a table runner. I think lap/cuddle quilt with a good book are my favorites to do. Thank you for this fun giveaway, and for showing how a simple change can make all the difference.
Mostly lap quilts
I’m more likely to finish the smaller sized quilts – lap sized and projects for babies and children. But I enjoy working on all kinds of quilting projects.
Really love your adorable quilts blocks!
I have only ever made three baby quilts — all minimum 50″ x 50″…. All the rest are all bed-size quilts! I don’t know what it is with me, but it’s always gotta be BIG — minimum full/queen. The majority are king size. It’s not that bigger is better, it’s just that it’s always bigger. 🙂 It’s sort of like coming from a large family you helped cook for. Always lots of food. When you have your own family — which is small — you still cook like you’re cooking for a huge family. Everything is just always….BIG. 🙂 Love the chance at a give away. But I really love that blue! Thanks for the fun.
I mostly make bed quilts and baby quilts! 😍
I make more lap size quilts. I like this size because can finish quicker and start on another new project. The giveaway gifts are very nice. Thank you for the chance to win them.
Mostly bed quilts.
Nice give-a-way. I do a lot of charity baby quilts. Thanks for all you do.
Beginner quilter. The Summer Solstice was my first project. So bedside projects.
I make mostly lap quilts with small quilts taking second- nice to have projects finished!!!
I make any size quilt. Some get finished right away and some need “marinating”. When I get bogged down, I find that a bit of time helps me to sort out how to resolve whatever caused the road block. I enjoy following your blogs… great ideas and color combos.
