  1. I have been printing the block instructions every week in anticipation of my winter school break. I am going to hunker down in my sewing room with snacks and Hallmark movies and sew my stress away! My only dilemma is am I going to make this quilt in 30’s prints, Christmas prints, or Americana? Maybe I’ll do all three!

  2. Can someone please tell me where I find the setting block pattern that Pat has used on her Cozy Things quilt? I have gone over all the postings and can’t find anything about it. Thank you so much!

  3. Cozy things are sweat pants and new socks, new sweatshirt, listening to John Denver, or Kenny G, drinking egg nog, watching a movie like Under the Tuscan Sun and eating popcorn. Watching Mama Mia 1 and 2 and singing along.

  4. Hi Pat, i have 3 afghans that my Mom made that i still use in the living room and bedrooms. Its just like Mom holding me so I can go to sleep safely I am 76 and she passed in 1997 at 87 years of age. I am now 76

  6. Thank you for all the wonderful blocks & ideas you create & share! One thing I SO love (minor thing that it is) is your consistent file naming convention. When I save one of your blocks, I always know at a glance whether I have missed one in the series. That is so not true of so many other designers. Oh, and Happy Holidays.

  7. Pat, thank you for such a wonderful quilt, and also cozy thoughts and ideas as well. I can’t wait to make this block, as the fabric I have leftover will really look great in the large middle square. I think I can make the table runner as well, and use up some of the 10″ pieces not previously used. Snuggling with my toddler grandsons is cozy to me. One is special needs, and hasn’t been a snuggler, so when he comes for hugs, it is extra special to me.
