  3. Much of my summer plans are always Work, I work 6 days a week. so little time for vacationing. I will be taking 3 days away from work to go back to my house in West Virginia. Hoping to celebrate just being home. I wish I could say that I’m camping, hiking, fishing, boating, growing a garden and collecting vegetables. That will all come in due time. We are set for retirement in less than 2 years! I’m beyond anxious to stay home – what a wonderful change that will be!

  4. My summer plans are to make a tiny herb garden with sunflowers. I absolutely am thrilled that you are now making tank tops. You listened ‼️‼️‼️ That’s all I wear. I live in Miami and it is beyond hot. Love the design.😊

  6. Oh my goodness, I have been waiting on quilts tank tips for so long!!! T-shirts make very nauseated in these menopausal years, lol! So, I’m very excited about this! This summer I only have one ultimate goal. I want to firmly establish family Sunday dinners. Two of our children are grown now, and all I want is for us to be able to stay better connected in this crazy world. I am doing plenty of quilting projects, so I’ll definitely be busy, lol! I hope we all have a great summer, and that we all make plenty of memories. Happy quilting!!!

  7. My summer plan is to stay in and stay cool. I just don’t do humidity and heat. My sewing room will be my haven!

  8. I have family visiting at different times this summer but I won’t be going anywhere. I’m a wimp when it comes to Georgia heat and humidity so I spend my time in my air conditioned sewing room making quilts 🥰

  9. We just got back yesterday from a trip to Oregon from Montana. I gifted my cousin with a Quilt of Valor…it was so much fun to surprise him!!! The rest of my summer will mostly be at home quilting!!!

  10. Working in my garden, yard, quilting, cleaning out my house to move and cycling. Then we will decide what to do after all that is done.

  11. My siummer plans include watching my grandsons play baseball. I will also be working on my flower garden and of course my quilting. My husband is planning on adding in addition to our house, so it looks like I will be his assistant as needed. Happy fourth!!!

  18. This summer I’ll be maintaining all of my flowerbeds, trough raised beds and floral containers. It’s so rewarding. It’s the first year that I grew everything by seed! We are talking hundreds of plants. I’m looking forward to my first trip to California in August. Excited to help out my Son & DIL with their purchase of an old farmhouse. Always love spending time with our twin grandsons. (Which….I need to finish their “big boy” bed quilts.) YIKES…my summer is packed! Thanks for your informative videos & giveaways.

  19. Our summers are busy with the county fair in June (I am the treasurer for the fair board), with grandchildren coming to visit, with trips to family reunions and for other visits. This summer is no exception.

  20. We have a pool so we’ll stay captioning. Thursday nights are mini concerts on the town green, walks on the cape Cod Canal. I’m always gardening and enjoying my time with the Grandchildren.

  21. I’m celebrating my 40th wedding anniversary this summer. I’m also getting two more grandchildren. So excited. This will make 11 grandchildren so far. This month we are visiting 5 National Parks/monuments. I just love the Parks.

  22. Summer plans include our 40+ person, 3-night family reunion at a nearby state park. Our sons always come in from the Northeast so it’s a highlight of my summer.

  28. Love the quilting merchandise by Kate. This week my family is going to the rodeo and will see the fireworks there. Really enjoy the patriotic atmosphere. I also hope to catch up on my quilting this summer, I have more than 8 tops to quilt and bind myself.

We cannot wait. Second trip my husband and I will be taking a trip to western idaho to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary!!! We are so excited for our adventure!

It’s so hot here in South Texas, that tank is perfect for me, plus it’s my size!

  35. For my summer I’m taking my granddaughter to our quilt shops “Grammy and me” camp. She’ll learn to make a small quilt
