The last weekly sew a long I did was Sweet Dreams. My first attempt to "step out" of my box. I was really encouraged by Pat and watching her gave me the encouragement I needed to try different colors in blocks. My quilt is beautiful and it makes me proud of my effort. Thank you Pat for your classes!

  12. The last quilt I completed with Pat is Autumn Wonders. My colors are purple and green with a gray background. The backing is gray flannel. I just purchased the large Oliso iron and would love to have the small companion one. I love how the Oliso is trustworthy not to spit or leak on my projects. I did also just finish an Oh My Stars tablr runner in blue tones for January. The stars are a silvery gray. Turned out gorgeous!

  13. The last sew along I did with you was the Sewcialites 2 quilt. It was wonderful to see your fabric choices as you did each block.

  14. I have participated in many of the quilt-a-longs. My most recent finish was just this last week at my guild’s quilt retreat. I finished my Heaven and Natures Sing, all in blue and white. There was a high school mission group there at the same time we were and they all came in to see what we were doing. When I showed my finished top, I got a “That’s sick!” which I know in teenage speak is a great compliment. So thank you Pat for opening our eyes to the endless possibilities in our quilting journey.

  15. I just recently found this site. Facebook kept putting Pat’s facebook feed in my path. Looking forward to following and learning.

  16. I did the Oh My Stars Quilt Along using Baltimore Ravens fabrics. It made a great baby quilt for a friend who was once Miss Maryland and is a dedicated sports fan. Perfect for her little guy who already attends sporting events.
