    The last weekly sew a long I did was Sweet Dreams. My first attempt to "step out" of my box. I was really encouraged by Pat and watching her gave me the encouragement I needed to try different colors in blocks. My quilt is beautiful and it makes me proud of my effort. Thank you Pat for your classes!

  12. I am hoping to do the canning jars which will be my first. I’m a little late but figure I can refer back to the videos. I wash your videos every night before I go to bed. It’s my quiet time. I love watching and listening to your tips and enjoy your happy nature.

  13. I’m sad to say I’ve never done a quilt along with Pat . šŸ™ Life has been getting in the way. BUT, I do quilt along in spirit as I watch and dream of the day when I can. I live ā€œvisiting with you on Wednesdays. 🄰

  14. I have done some of the Out West blocks for practice before attempting with the “good” fabrics. They’re just too pretty to risk a mistake.

  15. I sewed along with Oh My Stars. I made a table runner for my sister. Also used squiggly line machine quilting method. Turned out really nice.

  16. I did the Weiner Dog sew along and it’s a top now. I am working on Holiday Hoopla and it’s on my design wall as I settle on the layout. I have enjoyed both of these projects and love watching Pat’s videos and helpful comments.

  18. The March block a day quilt, I made 2 quilts, one for my sister and one for me. Our mother passed away last year so in memory of her I used a blue/green dress she had bought in Hawaii and a blue/white stripe house coat for the main blocks and added other blue color fabric out of my stash. They turned out beautiful and my sister was thrilled to receive her surprise quilt!

  21. I enjoyed making the Christmas Stars by Wendy Shepherd. The quilt top is done, but it is not quilted yet! Also, I have the new mini Oliso Iron and love it!!

  22. I’m still working on Pat’s Autumn Wonders Quilt. I finished the March 2023 Block a day from Pat and love that quilt. I call it my Serenity Quilt. I made 80 blocks in scrappy shades of blue and white during the time when I first started treament oral chemo a rare blood cancer. I’m stable and my quilt, made for myself, brings me peace and joy. Thank you my dear friend, Pat Sloan!

  23. I started the Home Is quilt along and oh my stars but was side tracked on both. I have however just put together my leader and ender top like the one you are call8ng sea glass. So much fun!

  24. I’ve done quite a few with Oar but my most recent was the Weiner Dog quilt for my DIL. She loved it. I have learned so much from these quilt alongs and Pat.

  27. The last sew along I completed was the Oh My Stars. I did it in Christmas fabric and gifted to my grandson for Christmas gift. I’m now working on Small canning Jars and Breakfast Club. Love all your sew alongside Pat.
