The last weekly sew a long I did was Sweet Dreams. My first attempt to "step out" of my box. I was really encouraged by Pat and watching her gave me the encouragement I needed to try different colors in blocks. My quilt is beautiful and it makes me proud of my effort. Thank you Pat for your classes!

  1. The last quilt along I participated in was “Grandma’s Kitchen.” I love watching your daily videos! My bucket list includes O My Stars.

  2. Hi Pat! The last sew-along I did with you was the Birdsong panel quilt. I hope to post it today for “bird day”. I’m seriously considering the Breakfast Club SAL because I like the size of it & it may fit well in my kitchen that has very little wall space. I haven’t done much appliqué for a few years so I’m glad I have the book you referred to today! Thanks for the 10th Anniversary giveaway. I’d love to win the small Oliso iron (fingers crossed).

  3. I made a oh my stars for a friend who had lost her husband. I used his shirts for the star points of the quilt as a memorial to him. Have made several of these quilts as they are so fun to do

  4. The last quilt along I did was Hometown Charms. It turned out so pretty but when I rented time on the longarm I had so much trouble quilting it that it took me several days to rip out the stitches. That killed my sew-jo for 2023 and now I am ready to get back at it!

  5. The last Pat Sloan project I started was the Christmas Tree by Wendy Shepherd. I love that book. You all are too fast for me; I’ll be lucky if I get it done by next Christmas. I gathered up for the doggie, Oh my stars… I love the idea of mixing the critters for a mixed critter quilt. My iron and I don’t get along. I would love to win a Oliso iron

  6. I joined during the fall of 2023 but I’m hooked. I have done 8 of the 9 blocks of Autumn Wonders. But moved in December so I’m having to wait to finish the quilt for another month or so. I can hardly wait!

  7. The Evergreen Mystery wall quilt from FQS was the last full one and before that it was a sampler quilt early in 2022. Thanks for your refreshing honesty and real life videos.

  8. I am recently back to quilting, yay! So, I haven’t done any qal yet, but am set to do the canning jars. Yay!

  9. Think I did Scrappiness is Happines!! LOVED the fabric you were using, and tried to replicate it. Still not FINISHED, though

  10. I have not been able to do a quilt along yet but I have been following you for about a year. I have down loaded several of your projects. One project that I am excited to do is the canning jars. I just purchased the PDF pattern from FQS. I am going to make a 6 or 9 jar panel for my pantry door! I’m going to go through my stash of fabrics my Mother gave me. She is beginning to clean out her stash as she turns 89 yrs young this year!Thank you for sharing your love of quilting with all of us!

  11. My first quilt along with Pat was Chickenless Salad quilt by Lori Holt. Challenged myself with those little pieces. Very happy with results. Thank you for all the tips and knowledge you share every day with us. My iron is on it’s last leg so a new onw would be wonderful. Again, thank you!

  12. The last one I did was Wendy Shepard’s “Heaven and Nature Sing.” I also made a pillow from a single block. I will be joining in the Breakfast Club after I clean up my sewing space a bit!

  13. My first quilt along with you Pat was Autumn wonders- I loved learning withe you and had so much fun. I love your positive energy and fun times. It’s nice being part of the group 💕 I recently found you and am enjoying seeing you and your videos Thanks so much Pat .

  14. My last quilt along with you Pat was the Halloween wall hanging made for my daughter. Thank you Pat for all you do us.

  15. The last Pat Sloan Quilt Along I did was a long time ago. It was called Home Is and that is still one of my favorite quilts! In fact, that was also the first quilt along I did with Pat. I’m currently making a miniature Oh My Stars to enter in my guilds winter challenge. You are an amazing person Pat. I so appreciates all you do for the quilting community. Congratulations on your 10 year Facebook anniversary!
