For my Block #9 is our Space playlist!
When I decided on a playlist for this month the very first song that came to mind with the theme to Space Oddity by David Bowie. I remember being totally fascinated by this song when it came out. It was so different than what I normally listened to .

I’ll wrap up my top 3 with The Dark Side of the Moon by Pink Floyd. I believe my brother played this album on repeat in the room next to me for months.

I’m getting really excited to finish this quilt, since we’ve been working on it since January. Thanks, Pat, for the wonderful pattern, narratives and help. This quilt will go into my grandsons space-themed shared bedroom. It is questionably though that they will share it since they are 3.5 and 2!
I like 2001 Space Odyssey! And of course the theme from the original Star Trek theme. And Rocket Man by Elton, Woo Hoo! Love his music!!. My hubby was a real Trekkie! Thank you for the blocks. Sure wish I had picked out more greys and blues. Thanks again.
