  1. I love all spring flowers. Lily of the Valley, Tulips, Lilacs, Peonys, Iris, Daffodils. They are so beautiful and love the fragrance of the Lily and Lilacs.

  2. Spring is slowly coming to Manitoba. No buds or green grass yet. Zinnias love my south facing garden but my favourites are sunflowers. I’ve had them by my front door and they often reach 7-8 feet in height. Those Black eyed Susans look a lot like sunflowers

  3. Definitely red geraniums. They have always reminded me of my mom, and the one we were nurturing back to health together started blooming on the day she passed away a few years ago. Bittersweet but also joyful memories.

  4. Where to start?? My amazing Aunt passed her love of flowers (and quilting) to me. Each summer I have to be sure to have petunias, snapdragons, bells of Ireland. My favorite is probably the peony. Tulips are a close second.

  5. I have several colours of rudbeckia in my flower beds & do love them. However my favorite flowers are Tiger Lilies because they remind me of my mother who had many of them at the House where I grew up.

  6. I love many flowers, however, if I have to pick one it would be a daylily. I remember as a child visiting a daylily farm with my father and mother to see the fabulous variety.

  7. I love Black Eyed Susans because my momma called me her black eyed susan (dark brown eyes, my middle name is Susan). Iris are my favorite but I’ve never met a flower I didn’t like.

  8. Beautiful kit. Thanks for the opportunity to win. I always enjoy seeing what you decide to make and what you decide to pass on.

  9. I love zinnias! They remind me so much of my mother who planted them every year. She’s been gone nine years as of yesterday. Thanks, Pat for all the joy you bring to our days!

  10. I love daffodils as they signal the beginning of spring. After a dreary winter they are so lovely under the cherry trees in my back yard. Just wish they lasted longer.

  11. I love black eyed Susan’s but my favorite is probably zinnia. Actually the cottage garden look is my absolute favorite.

  12. It’s hard to pick just one flower because I love them ALL…they make me smile. Each time a new flower blooms it becomes my favorite. If I had to pick just one it would be a Rose in honor of my late Mom. This is a great giveaway. Thanks Pat and FQS!

  13. Hard to pick a favorite flower, I love them all. But I would pick peonies and my favorite with their scent and how beautiful they look. My sister’s favorite is black eyed susans

  14. My favourite flower are lilies of any kind. But really- I love all flowers- especially wildflowers . The provincial flower for Alberta is the wild rose.

  15. OH SO MANY choices of flowers and reasons. I love the dainty Lilly of the Valley and the delicate Hydrangea, but I think my absolute fav is the beautiful Peony. They smell of spring and are so fleeting. Growing up, my Grandmother had a hedge of peonies at the top of a hill that led down to her vegetable garden. When I had my first house, a great aunt was downsizing her garden and gave me some of her peonies (enough that I made a 50′ hedge of my own to honor and remember both ladies). When I moved to my current house, the timing was perfect to be able to move the peonies with me. They are happier now that they have full sun! They have also filled in, and I can now share them with family and spread the love! I LOVE having plants that originally belonged to people I love.

  16. My favorite flower, though I love them all, has to be the peony. It is so beautiful and smells so wonderful! Wish I could grow it in my area, but it doesn’t like the climate here.😞

  17. My favourite flower is the crocus as it tells me spring is on its way and they don’t take a lot of looking after!

  18. My favorite flower is the peony. My mother had a large peony garden, using them to decorate graves on Memorial Day. Their scent brings me homea

  19. My favorite flower is the lilac in any color. Because they have such a beautiful fragrance and they bloom in my favorite season. Fat quarter shop is so awesome, they create the most beautiful quilts, I love that shop.

  20. I love most all flowers so it is hard to pick just one. I do love tall phlox and look forward to it blooming every year.

  21. I love all flowers and it’s so hard to pick a favorite but the smell of Lilacs remind me of the good times when growing up.

  22. My favorite flowers are petunias because when I was growing up, my dad used to plants them. Every time I smell them I’m reminded of him. I would like to win the sunflower quilt. Thank you Pat and the Fat Quarter Shop.

  23. Really I like all flowers and the colors they share. Today I like the Sitka Rose. It’s a single petal rose that is mostly pink.

  24. My favorite flower is the sunflower. When I see the big yellow blooms it brings a smile and sense of happiness.

  25. My favorite flower is peony, I think I love so many, it would be easier to pick my least favorite dandelion. But I love my peony bush even if it blooms o ly a short time. Tha k you Pat for everything you do for us.

  26. I love all flowers but my most favorite is the lilac when I was young we had a huge bush and the air was just full of that wonderful fragrance. I have a bush myself and look forward every spring for it to bloom. I am now 80 years old and that fragrance reminds me of my home growing up

  27. My favorite flower is mostly the one that’s blooming. But as I thought how to answer Alice Deville Mandevillia came to mind. So I will go with that. Incidentally my cone flowers have started sending up their buds so it will so be my favorite!!

  28. Wow this Black eyed Susan quilt is beautiful! I have two favorite flowers, roses and daisies. The roses we have in our backyard have the most amazing perfume scent and delicious fragrance that can make you smile. The daisies are very cheerful and I’m happy they return every year. Thank you Pat and FQS for the chance to win this awesome kit!

  29. I love all flowers but especially love all daisy-like flowers such as purple coneflower, black eyed susans and yellow daisies. They are just happy flowers!

  30. My favorite flower is the sunflower 🌻 it not only looks great but it feed the birds throughout the fall and even into early winter!

  31. I love lots of flowers, but maybe right now my favorite is my climbing roses. They’re tiny, pink & smell better than most big roses 🙂

  32. My favorite flowers are hydrangea, especially the blue ones. There are not that many blue flowers and they come up every year without much effort from me lol. Thank you, Pat!
