  1. My favorite is the peony. My peonies are blooming right now and they are so pretty. And their smell is an added bonus!!!

  2. Bleeding hearts are my favorite flower! I just love the heart shapes and my grandma used to love them, too!

  3. My favorite flower… how can I choose just one??! If I have to choose it will be Mister Lincoln a beautiful deep red Rose. Rich beautiful velvety red & the rose fragrance that is so heavenly ~ the Rose fragrance that is lost nowadays. The grocery stores have beautiful roses but no smell. Mister Lincoln brings it home back to an old fashioned glorious fragrance of roses.

  4. Today my favorite is lilacs since they’re blooming in our yard right now. At our wedding, instead of table numbers each table had a unique flower. Each centerpiece featured the flower and a dedication to a person important in our lives including what each flower symbolizes. It was a beautiful way to celebrate flowers and a connection to many people we love. Thanks for the trip down memory lane.

  5. My favorite flower is the Delphinium. It produces a flower within a flower. Within the larger petals you will always find a white smaller version of the larger petals, regardless of the original color. They grow on large stems which are loaded with its beauty of color. They come in a variety of colors but my favorite is the periwinkle color. I wish they were perennials.

  6. Roses are my favorite flowers, my mother had rose garden with beautiful large flowers with fabulous aromas. I find that purchase roses somehow lose the aroma.
That said I enjoy all flowers and purchase all year long. I would love to win the kit and make the quilt. Thanks to you & FQS for the giveaway!

  7. This is a beautiful flower pattern! I have a great photo I took of Black Eyed Susan’s that I actually took in Virginia years ago while visiting my sister. I used that photo for a painting too! But my favorite flower is the Sunflower. The just scream happiness and joy to me. Thanks the giveaway!

  8. My favorite flower is a yellow rose. My husband will surprise me with them periodically throughout our marriage.

  9. When anyone asks me about my favorite flower I always answer with Daffodil. When my husband and I were dating we worked at our local A&P grocery store. Next door was a florist shop and we became friends with the owner. Every Spring the daffs were the first fresh flower to take over the shop and my future husband would always bring me 3 dozen fresh daffodils, most ALMOST OPEN and I had an orange teapot that I would put them in. We didn’t have much, just starting off, and he would always bring me some every spring. I will treasure the memory forever

  10. Hello, my fav flower is lily of the valley because of the amazing perfume, they spread fast. I have a 1” little glass vase with a pin on the back, I fill with water and pop the stem of a lily of the valley into it, to wear on my jacket. I also use this wee mini vase pin for other flowers during the year. Plus it is an old flower and you often see it in old books and drawings. Happy spring to you.

  11. My favorite flower is iris. They have such beautiful colors and are easy to grow with minimal work. They always make me smile

  12. My favorite flower is a sunflower. I grow some every year. I love this quilt and thanks to Pat and the Fat Quarter Shop for giving us a chance to win this.

  13. I am always in awe of spring flowers it doesn’t get more fragrant and beautiful watching them come up every spring just itching to start my flower beds. Last year 1st year I planted black eyed Susan’s they should come up this year! Thanks Pat for your opportunities to purchase and win such a pretty quilt

  14. I love lilys of the valley, really I think all flowers are beautiful!❤️🙏 Elaine Cowden

  15. My favorite flower is the simple daisy as grew wild and could pick when I was a little girl. Plus had in my wedding bouquet.

  16. My favorite flower is a tulip. My children were born in the spring and I always kept fresh tulips in the house for that first month or two. Now they remind me of that time.

  17. I have always loved the Lily of the Valley and Lilacs. My mother had both in her yard. The Black Eye Susan kit is really cute. And I would love to win this adorable kit.

  19. My favorite flower is the double daffodils growing in my front yard. They are beautiful and happy after a long winter! I love them!

  20. I love any kind of flower. Love the Lilies especially as there are such a variety of colours.
Black eye Susan’s are showy and love them in my garden. In another month we should be able to get out and do some gardenjng. Thanks for the great give away!

  21. My favorite flower at this time is the Pansy! Mostly because of all the color variations!
They just seem to pop, but really I love all flowers, even those that belong to weeds!

  22. I really like dandelions. I know you are thinking that is a weed but it is all in the eye of the beholder. First they grow so easily, you don’t need to do a thing which is my kind of gardening. The flowers when examined have such a beautiful pattern. The yellow color is cheerful. The flowers open in the day and sleep at night. Finally when flowers fade a magical wish ball appears. A perfect sphere that with a simple breath of a grandchild wishes, dreams, hopes spread all around. Look for a dandelion and see its beauty.

  23. My favourite flower has always been the violet. As a child, I would see them while walking in the forest with my mother. They are so small and delicate and the colour is regal.

  24. I just realized how many favorite flowers I have, and each has a memory attached to it!! Lilac, violet, Lily of the Valley,
Gerbera daisy, black eyed Susan …
Thanks for the trip down memory lane!!

  25. The Black Eyed Susan pattern is perfect for Marylanders because that is our state flower. I would love to win the kit. My favorite flower is Spring time is Iris’s, and Wisteria, Summer time is Black Eyed Susan’s LOL. I enjoy your video’s, thank you for them. Sheila

  26. My favorite flower is the hydrangea, with morning glory a close second. Why? Because it’s rare to have a true ‘blue’ color in a flower. The black eyed Susan kit, a flower my mom loved, is really nice and would be a reminder of a wonderful, beautiful lady.

  27. I just love Gerber Daisies! Their blooms and colors are gorgeous. This pattern is so pretty. Love it!

  28. Good morning, Pat! Thanks for sponsoring this giveaway away. My favorite flower varies, depending on the time of year. In the winter I love my amaryllis bulbs, in the spring I look forward to seeing the daffodils and tulips, in the summer any hanging basket I can keep alive is a winner! In the fall, the gorgeous colorful mums make me smile đź’ś.

  29. I love Iris’s they are so beautiful and remind me so much of my Grandma that I miss every
day…before she past she didn’t have any where to plant them and wanted me to have them so she ordered so many different colors, so when I see them bloom I am reminded so much of my Grandma….

  30. My favorite flower is the peony, the smell is just amazing and I love to cut them and put them in vases.

  31. My favorite flower is hollyhocks-I have them 2 gardens of them. I also love cone flowers but I tell them they’re all my favorites! Montana is cold so we have to make the best of our summers. This is a beautiful quilt and I love Fig Tree fabrics

  32. I planted my first black eyed susan plants last year. They were sad looking and this year, they are popping up and looking strong and healthy. My all time favorite are roses. Growing them in California is easy; Tennessee has many challenges. Thanks for the chance!

  33. My favorite flower is Rose. Growing up my grandmother had a big garden and really use to enjoy helping her and all the little chats we used to have during that time.

  34. I love Peony’s, my mother just loved them and the church across the street from our home had them growing in front. Her and I would go over and smell them all the time, She passed away when I was 13 and every time I see them I think of her, They are a lovely memory

  35. I love flower gardens but cannot grow them myself. Haha Tulips are my favorite to cut and have in a vase. My mom always decorates with them at Easter.

  36. I love the black eyed Susan! I’m a Maryland girl, home of the Preakness race. A “Black Eyed Susan “ cocktail is served in a special glass each year and we collect those. My grandmother had them in her East Long Meadow, Massachusetts garden so that is where I first learned of the black eyed Susan.

  37. Daisies are ((one of) my favorite flowers. They grow when forgotten or unattended yet always give a smile to the one who sees them. But these blackeyed Susan’s are now on my bucket list! I hope to win the kit though!
