  1. I usually have just a couple of packages of batting on hand at any given time. Would love to have a whole roll though!

  2. Hello Pat, I try to keep a few pieces of batting stocked up because I live in a rural are. The nearest store to get batting is an hour away.

  3. To keep costs down, I try to purchase batting on a big roll when it’s on sale. Last roll was 20 yards of 90″ and my dear hubby made a stand holder for it using the base of an old rolling office chair. That has saved a lot of man-handling the unwieldly roll, and I can just roll it out of the way after I cut what is needed.

  4. I love Warm Company batting. I’m currently out of it so I’m using some old fluffy poly that I inherited from my mom. It was great for her hand quilting but for machine quilting, not so much. Warm Company batting makes quilting life better.

  5. I usually have a couple of packages of batting on hand but I would love a whole roll! Thanks for everything Pat. Love all you do!

  6. How generous is this Give away! I try to watch for sales and buy a little more than I need. But that doesn’t happen often. Good luck everyone!!

  7. Started out buying batting as I needed it. Eventually bought a roll and it was so convenient to have on hand.

  8. I would love to win a roll of batting. I have at least 6 quilt tops I need to layer and quilt (maybe more).

  9. I buy my batting when I see a good sale on it and keep several packages on hand. Love Warm and Natural batting!!! I have thought of buying a bolt but never have.

  10. I generally buy batting as I need it, and if there’s leftover, I piece that for another project. So I guess I actually stock up batting also. Plus sometimes a larger size batt is on a better sale, that makes more sense to me. Really like the softness of the Warm Co cotton batting.

  11. A whole roll of batting! That’s an amazing prize and I know the winner will be very happy, especially if it’s me 😉

  12. I love to keep a batting stock on hand, but it’s hard for a retiree to afford a full bolt! Warm Company batting is my absolute favorite!
Thanks for the opportunity to win it!

  13. I buy bulk batting when I can. I try to keep it stocked so I tend to get a bolt or roll when it’s on sale. I also have Frankenstein batting, because I don’t want any to go to waste.

  14. Warm Co batting is my all time favorite for my own projects. I also make lots of donation quilts for Project Linus, so stock up when batting is on sale. Thanks so much for all these amazing give aways.

  15. I stock some batting but I sometimes have to buy special after a quilt top is finished, especially if the top is a larger bed size.

  16. I am interested in the batting and aurfil thread give away. I loved the pancake block, the only thing that was missing was a pat of butter on top.

  17. I seem to be one of those that is unable to make this work!! I have been a fan of yours for a very long time The batting sounds good!

  18. I usually buy batting by the roll. I prefer Warm and Natural, but can’t always afford it, so I get another brand on sale at JoAnn’s. I would love, love, love to have a roll of Warm Company batting!

  19. I buy batting as i need it. I found out recently a friend of mine buys it buy the bolt. I didn’t think that was possible, very exciting to know i can.

  20. I bought one bolt of batting when it was on sale. It lasted a long time, but I didn’t really have room to store it. Now, I just buy the size I need unless I have 2 different quilts with different sizes, then I buy for both.

  21. I usually buy batting as I need it. I either order on line or buy at
a local fabric store. I would love to buy by the bolt ( at least once) but
I hate the large shipping costs.

  22. Since I send all of my quilts out to be longarmed, I don’t keep much batting on hand — just enough for tablerunners and placemats. But I do buy a bolt about once a year to use in our church’s mission quilts that we tie. I like to contribute that on top of the scrap quilt tops and backs.

  23. I buy batting as I need it. I had a long armer I used for a very long time. Unfortunately she has doubled her pricing and I haven’t used her since. She included the batting so I didn’t really need to buy it for a long time. Since then I have been working two and sometime three jobs so I have had very little time to quilt like I use to. I am desperately trying to get some UFO’s done so I will need to have some batting on hand for those.

  24. I keep some on hand but purchase extra when I have special projects. Warm Company battings are very popular with members of my guild.

  25. I try to keep a supply of batting on hand and I keep scraps of batting for smaller projects or to Frankenstein the little pieces together.
