My favorite dessert is cake. Carrot cake or coconut for my birthday, which is coming up on Saturday, Feb 5th.

I see the top 3 mentioned desserts are chocolate, lemon, or cheesecake. Love them all too, but just a small piece of chocolate will usually tame the dessert beast, so I like anything chocolate
I love an ice cream sandwich. Just simple with vanilla ice cream between the chocolate wafers.

My Favorite Dessert is Tuxedo Cake from The Cafe Restaurant in Louisville, KY. you get a huge slice that I make last for 3 days. Spectacular is all I can say.
Just take it easy! I had a stroke 2 years ago, and I am quilting now. I started quilting about 1 year after I had the stroke. I was sewing clothing before that. My biggest advice is be patient with yourself. It takes time.
Oh so very fitting that today’s block is sugar cookies. My favorite dessert after dinner is my Mom’s (Oh how I miss her Sugar Cookies with a cup of tea.

My favorite dessert is Key Lime Pie, but I love most sweets, especially cookies. I lived in Key West as a teenager, and on visits back there, I have to sample multiple versions of Key Lime Pie as we visit different restaurants.

I’m not a big sweet eater, but my favorite sweet/dessert of all time is Milk Bar Pie (aka “Crack Pie”). We go to Milk Bar for it every time I’m in New York City, and my son sends me at least one for Christmas every year.

My favorite dessert is a recipe that my aunt gave to me over 40 years ago called Danish Pastry. I make them on all the big holidays…Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter. I always have to make a double batch as my two children come with their plastic food storage container and will take home this delicious treat with them.

Cherry pie! My mother made a pie with tart cherries from the tree in our yard for my birthday every year. Now my husband makes cherry pie for me.
My favorite after dinner dessert is a yellow cake with buttercream frosting. I love cake! Truthfully, any flavor of cake would be great. I love pastries as well but the sweetness of the frosting just tickles my toes! Now I am craving cake! 🤣
