On March 1st 2020 I started ‘Crazy Quilty March’ with a Calendar of topics, and I’ve done one every month since then. It’s a great way to have a topic for my Daily videos and we al have a lot of fun with it! Some months we also sew a quilt.
Below is a table with all the Calendars.

Because of Pat Sloan, I was introduced to the Fat Quarter Shop and love it. Because they are so generous with free patterns, I want to order supplies and other patterns from them. I just received a cross stitch pattern to make for my kitchen.
Susan’s book has the cross stitch plus some great blocks to make individually for table runners. That is about my speed.
Thank you
I would love the summer memories book. The quilts are my kind of style. Hope this is the way to enter
I love all of the Summer Memories quilts! Thank you for the trunk show, Pat!
i love red and white quilts
I watched Monday, May 8th video twice and somehow I’m missing a question to answer. I love to color quilts, especially red and white since that is my favorite color. And I would be so happy to see other inspirations to make more.
Finally I found the place to enter the draw for the book!! I’m in the UK but I have managed to find a copy of this book to buy if I don’t win it. lol.
I have not made a two colour quilt but have been gathering fabrics for a blue and yellow one – and a red and white one. I’ve bought your Celebrate the Seasons book from Amazon and I’m waiting for it to be delivered today. I’m going to make the red quilt on your wall, and I’m thinking of doing it in black and white but, I think it would look good in pink and grey – one grey and various pinks. I’m waiting for my grey tone on tone fabric to come. Busy with these and I’ve got the fabrics together for the Harrisonburg quillt to put together. Love to you and thanks for all you do for us quilters. Maggie.
I have always wanted to make a two color quilt. Red and white, blue and white. It is on my ever growing to do list. Thank you for offering a copy of this book!
Red & White Book giveaway – would love to win this book and love your red/white quilt in the book.
Congratulations on 95K+ subscribers! I would love to win your beautiful quilt!!!! I love your YouTube videos and have made several of your “sew along ” quilts.

I hope I win the quilt

Wahoooo! 90,000 subscribers! Congrats Pat! Lovely community you have built, thank you!
I am planning to finish a patriotic quilt that I started pre covid
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to one and all. As I look toward 2023, I review my project box. There are a few, HA HA, but the one I want to make sure I complete is Tilda fabric my husband gave me for Christmas. I plan to do the next Wednesday block activity. Good luck to all.
In January 2023, I am planning to start the Designer Block of the Month that I got in 2022.
I would like to finish it by the end of February.
I know you reminded us to get the November calendar this morning, but I’m still not able to get it here. I will keep checking back. I know you’ve been having website problems. I just thought you’d want to know. Thanks for all you do!
Absolutely love the sunflower bag. Just getting back into cross stitch after putting it away for a while like 20 years. Looking forward to the new projects coming out.
I just started cross stitching and find it very relaxing.
We will be grandparents in December and made my first baby quilt witch is a polar animal design.
Now that it is done I will resume my cross-stitching learning…
Love watching your morning videos
Here my quilt. I really enjoyed making it. Due the fact I used fabric from my stash. I was really proud of myself
Thank you Pat for your daily videos. It must take a lot of time to prepare everything you show us.
It is much appreciated.
Hx 💕🙏🇬🇧
Pat, you are a breath of fresh air. I look forward each morning to your videos. I get up early and we are an hour behind you, so I get my tea and settle in to watch you. I have learned so much. It’s all just so enjoyable. THANK YOU!,,❤️
I love having my morning coffee with you, my favorite part of your videos is your smiling personality and how you give such wonderful tips and “therapy” about quilting. You do such a great job of breaking down the process of fabric matching, sewing, show new techniques, and my favorite is how you give the advice to those who are stuck either losing their mojo or storing fabrics, or to simplify their process to create a quilt or to finish a quilt. You give up permission do our best and that its ok if its not perfect. Thank you for all you do. 💚
Thanks for letting us know how to leave a comment. Yes, I would like your quilt give away
You are my daily inspiration! I watch you every morning from my quilting room! My day isn’t complete without your video! Thank you for your hard work on these videos. I have learned so much from you! I’ve been quilting for nearly 10 years, and your videos are invaluable..Thank you for your hard work on these videos. I have learned so much from you! My favorite things about your YouTube videos are that there are so many different projects going on so that I can always find one (or more!) that I want to do also and that you explain your thinking process about putting certain colors or blocks together. Also, you dive into the history of things and I love knowing the “why’s”! Thank you for all your special talents!!! 🙂
I use table runners on top of dressers. I even have small ones for the back of a toilet.
Pat, I love the red zinger quilt and I hope to make one! Could you show the back of the blocks that you have? Thank you!
My favorite dessert is anything chocolate. With coffee of course.
Having difficulty finding download for The Secret Lives of Color directions.
I come back to this page frequently, I really appreciate your trackers and calendars, I don’t always use them as is, but tailer them to what I need. Yours are so very helpful getting me started. I too need to work with list.
I also love brownies and your pan is such a good idea. I want to try it. I love desserts but have tried to do less cooking so there are fewer things to eat. Put me in for your give away. Sounds great. Watch you every day Keep it up. Patty
Love you Pat!!
I do like a good brownie. I guess I’m strange because I always choose the center ones – not an edge.🙃 I like a fudgy brownie & my favorite recipe uses Hershey’s syrup in it. Love your videos, Pat!
Pat,… I’ve been sewing for over 30 years. Quilting for at least 25. Been retired for 7. Just got motivated to get organized and let go of things after watching you for the paast 2 years. KEEP MAKING THESE VIDEOS! You’re how I start my day. Thank you so much.
I love brownies. I prefer the cake like brownies but with white frosting… bad hah?
Suzanne
To answer your brownie question, my favorite mix is Ghirardelli too. But I love the fudgy type. Sometimes we will make brownie sundaes with cherry vanilla ice cream and Hershey syrup. Oh so yummy!!
I love Brownies, although they never seem to last long in my home. I’m a nut girl, but not walnuts;
I’m a pecan lover!
Love Love Brownies any which way you make them. Pat you are so generous with you give aways and I will be honored to be one of your winners. Wishing you good health and a great new year!!!
I love brownies. This Christmas one of my friends brought brownies (the kind with edges) with a peppermint Ghiardelli square pressed into the brownie. Yummy!!
My favorite Christmas decoration is a red square dish with golden ribbons and holly on it. It was a gift from my mother and she filled it with potpourri. I use it every year and think of her.
Not sure, but I’d check out the Tracking Sheets on the top right hand corner of her downloads. Just scroll up.
I think I’ve found the right place to enter the draw for the Spooky Sampler Box. I sure hope so! I would be soooo happy if my name gets picked! Love your work, Pat. You’ve been a great Covid companion.
Pat, for the quilts you do not send to the spa but quilt yourself, what method do you use to sandwich the quilt?
Can anyone tell me how to find Pat’s Project Completion Sheets? Thanks!
That’s 3 inch blocks in Irish chain mode.
My favorite baby quilt is using charm squares cut into 1½ “ squares to make a finished 3’ block for Irish Chain. Then use 18 count cross-stitch fabric in some of the alternating squares stitching little figures on those. Years ago I learned that making a loop at the start of the cross stitch made it so much tidier. But the most recent thing I learned was how to properly use quilt basting spray, and which side of the batting is the right side and why that’s important.. also Pat’s trick of sewing 45 degree angle off the binding strip at the corner, and then continuing the flip and sew the next side sure makes quick work of finishing the binding. I love lightbulb moments!
