  1. A new table to cut and/or sew from. Right now I use the dining room table for both. That means I’m constantly moving fabric from my craft room out to the table.

  2. A room dedicated to sewing would be my wish–even a small room. I am set up in a bedroom now & my sewing machine goes up & down when grandkids visit for the night.

  3. My dream would be a whole new room with all new furnishings. I currently do not have a steady base for my sewing machine or a cutting table. About the only things (besides the fabric) would keep include two storage shelves and my big board.

  4. I need a new iron, my current iron is about 20yrs old. But irons are expensive. I love getting new fabrics, and mostly need FQ bundles. My machine still works good & reliable (it’s about 20yrs old), but I would love a new machine that has a large variety of stitches for quilting and embroidery stitches. I’d love a larger sewing space, but there is no extra space I can use. Budgets are tight, so I make due with what I have.

  5. I would need to add a new iron. It is a very important item when I am sewing quilt Blocks and my old iron just isn’t doing the job it used to do! Thanks, Pat!

  6. My dream would be to have a state of the art sewing room. Maybe one day. I just purchased a new Janome 9400 which will not work with my current sewing table. I would really like a new sewing table so I can drop my machine down level with the sewing surface. Also, I need a new iron! 💙

  7. I need only TIME. However, there are always new and/or better rulers, pins, sewing machine feet, etc. that would enhance my skills.

  8. I want to add a new sewing table and cutting table, and fabric storage underneath. My current cutting table has gotten a bit wobbly from years of use and moving. I need organized a bit more – but still love to tinker in my sewing room more than anywhere else!

  9. I am going to have to reorganize my sewing area, I love what you have done. I have everything just mixed willy nilly. Makes it hard to find exactly what I need, when I know that it is here, hidden somewhere. Thank you for giving me some great ideas.

  10. I can only dream of owning a longer machine but hey a girl can dream right? In the meantime, I would love a new sewing machine. Not sure how much longer mine will last and it’s a very basic machine.

  11. Love Sewline products. I have used them for years and can’t wait to try new items. I especially love the air erase pen. I even give them as gifts.
What I would love is a free motion quilt instructor to come to my house and teach me to do free motion quilting!! LOL

  12. Just a good fabric storage system – for layercakes, charmpacks and jelly rolls so I can see what I have…and then a buzzer that will automatically indicate when I have enough of a particular color or precuttype – AAAHHHHH – you have too much now – that’s what I want 0

  13. My hubby and I are planning to add a room onto our shed to accommodate my new longarm. I will have a sewing “she” shed. I am currently reorganizing some of my quilting supplies to take to my parents’ house where the longarm is temporarily located.

  14. The one main item I wish to add to my workspace has to be a long arm machine. I’ve been doing all my quilts on my domestic machine but I’ve stated doing queen and king size bed quilts and there just isn’t enough throat space on my current machine to really handle these larger quilts. I tried the quilt as you go method and just wasn’t real happy with the results. Saving my money and hoping to be ready to make my purchase sometime next year.
Thanks Pat for all the great patterns. I’ve learned so much since I’ve joined your group.

  15. I just had my basement redone after a spring flood! I think some of my sewing room will look great in a corner of my new space!

  16. My “wishlist ” item is a lightweight iron. I have a heavy, bulky iron and I keep hoping it wears out so I can get a new one!
PS I was going to say Fat Quarter bundle but I always want to save them for some odd reason. LOL

  17. Would love a cute, but easy to use storage containers for all my buttons and bits and pieces so I can see them to use them up.

  18. I would love to have some cabinets (not very tall) with drawers so I can put all my sewing/quilting goodies in them & off of the top of my sewing table.

  19. I would add another iron. I have one now that’s more of a workhorse, so I’d add one with a bit more features.
The second thing would be thread. All colors, weights, finishes, etc…
