I did a Facebook LIVE on Saturday morning to share my space… come take a look then enter Giveaway #3 at the end.
It was so much fun to flip on Facebook Live for an impromptu walk through my studio
I did not do the captions at Facebook because I have to manually edit them. It’s translator is not very good, and this one was too long for me to go through and rewrite it.
Instead I put it up at Youtube and you can select their closed caption which is better at translating

I’d better stop sleeping at night!

Hello from chilly Fairbanks, Alaska. I’m currently working on a UFO- curvy cabin blocks table runner. All that’s left is the quilting and binding. Took a class this weekend to make Ashley’s Journey quilt. Started adding borders this morning. Next UFO is more blocks on Grandma’s Kitchen.
I’ve been sewing a Round Robin Quilt project with 4 other friends. Each of us designed our center block, and we pass that with fabric to each of the others in the group; each adds another border until it goes all the way through our group. We have one round left. It’s been SEW exciting and SEW fun!!

a quilt to use up the “millions” of 2 1/2″ strips that my sister donated to me. She was decluttering her sewing room and added to my clutter problem. I volunteer to be used in this way. Now the 2nd bedroom is being used as my sorting room. Sort of like your hallway.
Right now I am sewing together the three rows of my finished blocks of Merry & Bright. I truly enjoy the sew alongs. I am also working on Splendid Sampler and a layer cake pattern.
I currently have, as usual, many “current” projects. The ones I would like to finish first are a pieced shower curtain (that only needs the border and buttonholes for the hooks completed) and a disappearing nine patch bedspread I’m making using my son’s clothing from his middle and high school days (that just needs the binding added).
