I have had this pattern on my drawing board for a long time and finally have it for you! I wanted a quilt that uses a charm pack plus a bit more. This is 2 packs of Vintage Holiday So that I can make a quilt to enjoy the gorgeous fabric and make it 'quick'.
These are my Fast & Fabulous Free patterns!
The Details:
- My plan is to make a new quilt each month to enjoy, and I'll tell you which charm pack so you can sew along with me!
- At this time it's one size. In the future I'll have an addon with multiple size quilts.
- The PDF download is at the end, first let me show you my home decorated for Christmas.

Since I work out of my home, I decorate just my living room and stairway. We try to keep the work things to a minimum in the living room, but it does spill over at times!

The view from my hall way into my living room.
A few years ago I bought a white tree, I've wanted one FOREVER! I didn't know if I'd love it or not.. duh.. I do! Someday I'll upgrade it to a fuller one. I've decorated it with red balls and special ornaments. I have those crystal stars too, i love them!
The Quilt on my wall is 'I Believe' and the one of the couch is from my Medallion book.

The table runner is a new gift from a friend, thank you Karen it fits perfectly here!
The poinsettia bowl belonged to my granny
And I've added my wonderful new Peace, Love, Joy Tins ON SALE HERE!

I love this little corner on the end table. Jim Shore Snowmen my mom have given me over the years with a snow globe my Sister-in-law made for me!
All on top of the mitten mug rug (a FREE pattern)
Do you have a collection you display?

My Oh My Stars! Quilt will hang in my stairway. I have some vintage quilt stockings on the banister and that little table holds a few more of my snowmen.
Bonus decorating tip – You can keep all the snowmen out during January!

Thank you so much for the patterns. The oh stars is a must to make. I love your decorations. We usually decorate with the Grinch theme but this year we went back to the classic green tree and hallmark ornaments. We have a few gifts wrapped and amazingly the little ones didn’t bother them😃. This New Years Eve is out 31st anniversary and we are traveling to celebrate the occasion. It is very hectic right now but maybe this week i can fins time to sew. I haven’t sewn for about a month now. I’ll try this week. Merry Christmas to you and yours!
love the pattern. I especially love designs that go into the borders! Thank you Pat.
Love the pattern Pat, Thanks for that.
and I love that you showed your Christmas decorations. I love the tree and the vintage Stockings on the staircase.
Very cheerful home.
Merry Christmas Pat.

maggie

Merry Christmas Pat. Thanks for all you do. I have not been able to start the Merry and Bright, but it will be done and hanging over my TV next year.
Thank you for the lovely quilt pattern, Pat. I think I’ll eventually make it, but I’ll use up all left over Christmas fabrics. Thank you again for the Merry and Bright Sew-Along -I still have a few blocks left to make so it will be ready for next Christmas. I love your home decorations -I collect Jim Shore Santas and your snowmen are just beautiful. Do I dare start a new collection? Wishing you and yours a very happy Christmas

I love this new pattern! OH My Stars! And that will be fun to do a quick quilt a month! EEEEK! I’m so excited! Your living room looks great and I love your tree! I have a collection of the snowmen that play music from Hallmark. Every year they put out a new one and mom would by it for me. Now that we live together we’ve shared them, some upstairs some downstairs.
This is a great quilt! Thank you so much for the pattern! I want to run upstairs right now and make one…or two! I have all the fabric for it too!

Deanna
That is darling and I am looking forward to the next quilt a month.
Thank you, Pat, for the free pattern. I have two charm packs that will be perfect for this quilt.
help, i’m confused. Are some of these measurements off? Some of them are measured with seam allowance and some without. This should measure smaller than posted as each block is 4.5inches rather than 5 inches.
Love the quilt but was having problems with the final measurement.
I really enjoy seeing your home…the heart of all things Pat Sloan & The Shipping Department. I think your Fast & Fabulous projects are a great idea. Small and fast will give me the opportunity to sew along while still working on other projects. Thanks for everything you do for the group. I hope you know that you are appreciated! Merry Christmas.
I love this idea. I plan to sew along. Thank you for all you do for the quilters. Your amazing.
