*** Featured Aurifil Collection ***

Each month the Aurifl color Builder box is named for a town in Italy. We go to Amalfi today with the gorgeous color purple. Each designer is creating a block based on something about the thread collection that inspires them. For Sherry it is they color purple. The Aurifil blocks are exciting and unique. At the end of the year I create a layout.

*** My Block and a tip ***

I make the blocks in totally different fabrics.

Sherry has a really clever block construction, but if you change out the color placement in the middle like I did, then you have to make more blocks and will have units you don't use.

My stripe is printed on the diagonal. Here i do an audition for the direction of it.
