I’m on a ‘roll’… get it? Jelly roll?… haha!  2nd grade humor and too many hours writing patterns last few days.. but enough silliness.. read on!

  1. Love jelly rolls. Can do some fun quilts with them. I incorporate them with fabric that I am already using. Did cute rail face pattern if Pat’s for my granddaughter.

  2. I have been making jelly rolls for the last 30 years now, well the kind you eat! I recently just started sewing and I have never used one yet to quilt. I would love to start with this pattern and roll!!

  3. My favorite is Riley Blake dots. I really like the white with tiny red dots,as I have used it in several quilts.

  5. Interestingly, my favorite is “Rainy Day” by Moda.lotd of bright, colorful patterns that would cheer up anybody on a wet, less-than-sunny day!

  6. I have several quilts made with jelly rolls and several more to make. Would love to have one of the Pat Loan designs, all are so beautiful and fun.

  7. I love Jelly Rolls, as they are so versatile – and great for framing charm squares, and doing a jelly roll race. My favourite fabric line right now for doing this is Moda Grunge – such a good blender, especially for quilts for older children and teens.

  12. Love jelly roll day! It is a real challenge for me to pick fabrics that mesh well in a quilt,jelly rolls take out the guess work. The Sunday drive fabric is my favorite. Second is pink flamingo.

  14. Anything with lots of color … !!! LOL, I have been looking at Elizabeth Studios “farm” or “zoo” selfies as I have a new grand coming but color is good and Sunday Drive has it. Love lots of color lately!
