I’m on a ‘roll’… get it? Jelly roll?… haha!  2nd grade humor and too many hours writing patterns last few days.. but enough silliness.. read on!

Moda invented the Jelly roll and it changed the way we quilt. A roll of 42 strips cut 2.5″ wide start off so many projects, a glorious number of them await you if you take a look around!

But wait.. you NEED a jelly roll first … right? At the end I’ll tell you how to enter my giveaway.. but first this collage of my favorite Jelly roll patterns

  1. I have been sastified using the Moda, it is the best choice in the stores I shop. I would love to have a jelly roll of Sunday drive. Thank you for the give away, Pat.

  2. Love Moda and Kaffe right now…I also love the ease and simplicity of using jelly rolls for whipping up impromptu gifts!

  3. I would love to win one of YOUR design jelly rolls. Of course, then I might just need to pet it awhile before jumping in and using it!

  4. I love Jelly Rolls!! I give small quilts to many low income students at the elementary school I used to work at. The look on their faces when they get one is beautiful. My favorites are the Spectrum Jelly Roll and Sweet Blends Batiks by Moda Fabrics!! The Winter line is awesome, too.

  5. Oh, I would love to win a jelly roll from you. I just finished a small wallhanging using a charm pack of Edyta Sitar’s new “Blue Sky” fabrics from Moda. I love anything blue so this is my favorite fabric right now until something new and blue comes out.

  6. I love your Sunday Drive fabric line. Currently worried that my fabric stash may go up in smoke – many wildfires burning all around us, but, not yet evacuated. Feel so badly for those south of us who have lost most everything! Thanks for the giveaway.

  7. Great ideas for the jelly roll plus sharing with those impacted by the recent storms — a finished jelly roll quilt might be appropriate.

  8. Excited to learn how to quilt with jelly rolls! Have some black and whites ready for jelly roll day. Not sure of my color choice since my favorites are bright colors like Sunday Drive.

  9. I would love to win a jelly roll. Went to a quilt shop yesterday and found they give a free fat quarter (your choice) for every $50 spent. My granddaughter helped me choose.

  10. I just started a quilt with Lori Holt’s Bee Basics. It is a fall design with pumpkins and acorns…so cute! Like your designs, it is fresh and fun. I have never made a jelly roll quilt but they look like fun!

  11. Love the Sunday Drive Batiks. I’m thinking I really need to order this jelly roll before they’re all gone!!

  12. Of course I love YOUR fabric designs the best! *STILL HOARDING some from 2014* Window shopping at FQ shop is always fun! Our LQS don’t do much in Jelly Rolls so I don’t often see them “in person”. I loved Fleurs Jelly Roll by Brenda Riddle Designs for Moda Fabrics

  13. I’m sitting here waiting to hear if my new granddaughter has arrived (at 3:30 in the morning) and would love to make a baby jelly roll quilt for her.

  14. I’ve never had a jelly roll (well, not a fabric one). I like the some of Chloe’s Closet for Moda, using the Thirties Playtime fat quarters for Grandma’s Kitchen

  15. For the life of me, I cannot figure out how to leave a comment without replying to someone else’s. I can, however, figure out what to do with that gorgeous jelly roll!!! 😍❤️🍈

  16. I don’t have a particular fabric line I like right now, but I like jeweltones and brights, black and white prints especially negative/positive contrasts, and stripes/plaids. I love seeing all your fabrics, Pat. Keep ’em coming!
