This sew along theme is inspired by a 'Summer Soiree'.

soi·rée    /swäˈrā/
"The definition of a soirée is a gathering or get-together, especially a posh or elegant one. A soiree is an elegant and intimate affair. It is an evening party held in a private house. While ambient music plays, guests engage in a variety of private conversation."

Doesn't that sounds like fun for a summer night? Each week our block will have a theme of something to do with an evening party!

I'm using the Figs & Shirtings fat quarter bundle  + background fabric from my friend Joanna. You will have some left over. I am so excited about using this fabric! I love that splash of black!
