  1. The last quilt I completed that was made for someone is the t-shirt quilt I made for my daughter. I used all the shirts from her elementary school and middle school clogging teams and competitions.

  2. The last quilt I made was last weekend before we lost power from hurricane Irma. The quilt is for my granddaughter which is due in December and the shower is next month. We have been without power for 6 days now, so no sewing. But, I have been cutting squares for my first disappearing nine quilt.

  3. The last quilt I made was a Quilt of Valor, using your Winter Solstice patterns, which was awarded to a deserving Vet this past weekend!

  4. My last quilt I made for was for my girlfriend I’ve know from high school. She’s is battling breast cancer.

  5. The last quilt I completed and gifted was to my son and daughter in law for their wedding… it was a labor of love!

  6. The last quilt I made was for my Great nieces wedding. I make a quilt for all my grands and my nephews and nieces when they graduate and when get married. Nothing shows how much you love someone than creating a one of a kind quilt just for them.

  7. I am in the middle of making a new baby quilt for a co-worker’s coming little granddaughter.

  9. My last quilt I made was a Quilt of Valor for a friend I wrote to during the time he spent in Viet Nam. Haven’t seen or been in touch with him for 50 years but thanks too FB am back in contact. Can’t wait for him to get it.

  10. Made my last quilt for a very nice man that remodeled our bathroom for an outstanding price. Since he gifted us with his craft – I gifted him with my craft of quilting. He and his wife loved it!!!

  11. In the process of making one for a teacher coworker who has had my daughters in her class. Just a way to show my appreciation for her dedication to her job and for being such a wonderful friend.

  12. Last quilt made was a tumbler quilt…a friend has a GO cutter, and we had fun cutting out the shapes and sewing together. Now working on a baby quilt for new great-nephew. Jelly rolls are fun to sew with!

  20. My last quilt will be given to my son who is in basic training for the Air Force. It is a representation of the American flag in a full size.

  21. I am just finishing a quilt for a dear friend who is marrying the love of her life in October. Her first marriage – to a not nice man – ended in divorce, but gifted her with four wonderful children. Her second husband died in a plane crash four months after their wedding. I am so happy for her that she has found love at this stage in her life. The quilt is made with Fern Hill fabrics – rich blues, cranberries and sage greens that are also the wedding colors.

  22. I made my last quilt for my granddaugher, McKenna. She is a new grad school student, and needed a hug from grandma.

  24. I made my last quilt was a wall hanging for a raffle for FinnFunn 2017 (New England). We were celebrating the 25th year of FinnFunn and the 100th year of Finland’s independence. It was titled Finnish Flora & Fauna. It had 22 hand appliqued and embroidered blocks and was machine quilted. We raised over $500 in a short time for our committee’s expenses! I guess I should get around to posting a picture of it!

  25. The last quilt that I made was a Quilt of Valor. It went to a veteran in our neighborhood. I have made over 20 Quilts of Valor over the past 4 years along with my other projects.

  26. The last quilt I made was for my only granddaughter, McKenna. She is a new student at grad school, and needed a hug from grandma!!

  27. The last quilt I made was for a second cousin of mine who is a Coast Guard Vet. It was totally out of my comfort zone and made with fabrics special to her, but turned out awesome. It truly warms the heart to make a tangible item, such as a quilt for people you care about or for a good causs.

  28. The last quilt I made was a small table topper as a hostess gift for a friend. It still needs bound. It is a Log Cabin block. The center is a wine country scene. The quilting is decorative machine stitching in different colors over each seam.

  29. The last quilt I made I gave to my girlfriend of 38 years! For her 60 th birthday and upcoming retirement! She was blown away, as was her family. Made my heart happy!
