My last quilts were for my twin grandsons. I made the quilts reversible, so each had two quilt tops in their favorite colors together. One side was cowboy fabrics in jump rings pattern and the other side was skateboards in batiks. Both quilts fit their twin beds. I hand quilted them as I don’t have a machine capable of machine quilting. They sure do love them. I drew a cowboy lassoing a skateboarder for labels with a nice sentiment to document them both.
The last quilt I made was gifted to friends who were moving away.

The last quilt I made was a funeral quilt. I used a jelly roll and some extra yardage for the setting squares and borders. I am donating the labor and fabric and hoping to find a longarmer to donate the quilting. It is the 2nd funeral quilt I have made. I love the ease of using a jelly roll for the 9 patch blocks and fence rail blocks which make up the pattern. Thanks for the chance to win a Sunday Drive jelly roll.
