  2. The last quilt I made was for my very old cat. She likes soft and warm blankets. This quilt has double batting and is folded in fourths. It makes quite the perch for her.

  3. The last quilt I made was for a community theatre raffle to raise monies for the youth theatre program. The youth show was Seussical and the quilt used that theme.

  4. My last Jelly Roll quilt given with love was in June to my son for graduating from high school. It was backed with leftover flannel from a quilt made for my parents.

  5. Hi Pat. The first/last quilt I made and currently quilting is a Fons & Porter pattern of whimsical fish for my sons 5 boys. I better finish soon or they’ll be taking away to college.

  6. Hi Pat Sloan,
The last quilt I made was for dear friends who lives near the beach as a thank you for a dinner gathering. Used triangles to make it look like the tops of beach umbrellas. Going to their house again and this time bringing her homemade pillows to match! I would love a surprise jelly roll to make a quilt for another friend.
    Thanks!

  7. My last quilt is one for my grandson who is due to be born in October. Most of my sewing is baby related right now. Another jelly roll would be a welcome addition to my supplies.

  8. My last quilt was your Solstice Challenge. It was dedicated to my son. He died Jan 22 in the middle of the challenge. There is a black bird appliquéd in the middle of the quilt as he loved birds. I have labeled it as a dedication to him and my love for him.

  14. The last quilt I made was for a couple at our church who are expecting their first. The centre of it is a 20″ block from your solstice challenge that didn’t blend colourwise so I remade it. I set the odd block as a square in a square which turned out very nice and also resulted in a math challenge for the outside triangles. Got to keep those little grey cells engaged!
