I give away most of my quilts….. the last 3 were for 2019 Christmas presents, one to my sister, and 2 to each of my grandsons…… Everyone was really happy!
Block 15.
I gifted a quilt to my 10 year old cousin on her birthday.
The last quilt I gave away was to my aunt.
It was a cardinal quilt because we both love
to watch them in our yards. My aunt and I both
love to quilt together too.
The last quilt I gifted went to my S-I-L. Made to put in her camper; it was the “Happy Camper” panel in pretty pastels of turquoise and greens….so cute
Catch up for me if laying out my Splendid Sampler 2 blocks. I’ve worked for four days to get a workable space, design and systematic approach to sewing the rows has been a challenge. It’s kinda nice to have so much dedicated SIP TIME.
I have lots of catching up to do! First on the list is to sew together the Childhood Games except for the last 4 blocks. Then I’m doing to make Block 15 so I won’t be behind on it anymore!
Next is getting caught up on the Charming Baby Sampler. I’m 4 blocks behind. Then, if I still have time, I have the Xs and Os table runner to quilt–it’s been waiting a LONG time!
Pat, I love the traffic jam quilt that’s hanging behind you! The borders that you’re putting on look very nice on it. What will the back be? Also I wanted to let you know that my husband doesn’t like his eggs any way but scrambled either! No runny yolks for him! I like them over easy though. Have a good catch up day.
