Yes the night one might sparkle brighter, but the summer ones twinkle with anticipation…

Block #6 ‘Summer Stars’ … the stars in the summer really DO feel different! I believe they twinkle more, maybe it’s because we can sit outside without freezing.. haha!
What is your favorite activity for summer evenings? Going to a baseball game, taking a night swim? I’d love to know!

I love to see how the blocks look in repeat.. I’m SO in love with this star in a star..
but wait.. what if i cropped the block PHOTO and did it in repeat?… do you want to see?

Paris is ALWAYS a good idea… this week the Tres Graphique Fat Quarter Bundle is a precut of the week & it includes this panel! I visited the Eiffel tower when in high school. Roaming Paris with a group of 17 year olds is what memories are made of! I can tell you Onion soup is MUCH better near the Eiffel tower than made anywhere else in the world.
Full of ideas for those times when you have a great bundle but are not sure what to make!

Repeat design for the quilt!
It’s a wonderful block. I love the repeat design on this one. I might have to give it a go!
It’s ALWAYS a good day to go to Paris!
isn’t that neat! So glad you like it
Lovely block 6, as usual! But, darn it, Pat, why did you have to show that Paris fabric?! 🙂 One of my granddaughters loves Paris (her bathroom in their new house is decorated with Paris items), and I just had to buy the fat quarter bundle. The panel was the clincher. I guess she’ll have another item to hang on her wall. (Really, thanks for sharing it–I’ll have fun making it for her.)
Lovely block #6 Stars! Very clever how the corner sashing design comes together to also becomes star. This one block would make a beautiful full size quilt. I may try it later after I finish my current quilt.
