Hugs & Kisses is what I have for Block 20!

I give you a little back story on that in the pattern.. it’s a long time theme of mine to use xoxo

Do you remember I have a ‘word of the year’. This year it’s ‘Story’ and every one of my Wed blocks is a story, a journal of my life this week.

And guess what, I didn’t plan that! I only realized it the other week, that THIS is living my word more real than I ever could. This is Kind of fun… fun to share on a weekly basis.

…….keep reading to see my finds this week…

This week I’ve included both what the repeat block looks like, and a color page.

You can take this even further by making tons of ‘x’ blocks and just a few ‘o’.. that would be fun!

  1. Pat – these blocks are a blast! I just love them and the way they are coming together. Thank you so much for sharing your talents. I agree 100% about using a starch. Some of those bad boys just sit up nice and straight and stay on their best behavior ;-)). I’ve used spray sizing for a very long time saved a lot of frustration. I’ve been enjoying this art form since 1965 when I was expecting my 1st baby.

  2. Really enjoying this project. Love it a lot. Just a bit behind but will be catching up soon. Having a bit of health problem but getting it under control and will have my blocks in order soon. Loving the fabric I have chosen from my stash and how it is turning out. And loving each block as I see where it is going in the space. Thanks so much for your ingenuity and creativity in putting this together. This is so fun and is going to be one of my favorite quilts and for me. A definite to cuddle up in. Thanks again Pat Hugs and Kisses!!!

  6. Pat Sloan el bloque 20 es muy bonito y hacer un edredón con él sería precioso. Gracias por el detalle de poder colorear el edredón: así puedes trabajar con los colores o divertirte porque hace años que no coloreo. Saludos.

  7. What am I doing wrong with block 20? When I click on the link to download the pattern I get a blank page. Have never had this issue before. Help.
