  13. I love the Birdsong fabrics. Thank you so much for your channel. I watch every morning with my coffee.

  14. I have not used any of Pat Sloan’s fabric line yet. I am excited to do so. I am also excited to get more organized with her suggestions.

  15. Pat, enjoyed watching your channel this year. You have inspired me in the world of quilting. Yours was the first sew along I did. ” Home Is”. I’m looking forward to 2023 with you. I’m going to try to keep track of my projects in the new year. Plan better and keep organized. SEE YOU NEXT YEAR.

  16. My daughter and son-in-law are building a new house so of course I made them a quilt that needs to be finished by Jan 31st.

  17. Pat inspired to complete 2 ufo projects that I’ve had for 4 years, 2 queen tops done but never finished the next steps. When Pat brought one of hers out recently and said she would put on her calendar in July 2023 I said I’m doing it as well. Putting the 2 on a calendar and focus on doing finishing them.

  18. Love all your work. Thank you for inspiration and love for quilting. I believe in everyone inner soul express through our art. May we always be able to express our creativity and share with others. My goals is to continue working on my UFO projects to share with my love ones.

  19. Go Pamilia!! I had this problem for years, so I dedicated a year to finishes. I promised myself I was going to get my WIPs under control. I finished 11 quilts (mostly some tgat had been waiting for finishes) in 2021. It was super helpful and put me in a different, more organized promise to myself not to have too many tops unfinished. So far I’m starting 2023 with I think 5? Tops that are awaiting some attention and only one project I’m piecing. It’s hard, but possible!!

  20. I rarely set goals. I love the idea of setting goals, but then I would have to hold myself accountable. 😉

  21. Happy New Year..Well, my goals for 2023 is to use up scraps. I have a “boatload”. They start with 2.5″, 3.0, 3.5, 5.0,” squares, 1.5, 2.5″ strips, orphan blocks, large scraps, small scraps. Ahhh…Mt. Scrapmore is taking over. So, I have said “2023 is the Year of the Scraps”.
The sewing room is organized, but I gotta do something with the scraps…we shall see in 2023.

  22. I was inspired this morning to get started cleaning out and tidying my sewing room. I was so excited that I went shopping with my fabric store gift cards and bought 2 more quilt books and more fabric. I don’t think this is going to work out. LOL

  23. Happy New Year! Goals are made to be broken, but I have downloaded your project pages to sorta keep me motivated to move forward and get things, even beyond quilting, done. Thank you so much for your inspiration! blessings

  24. Thank you, Pat. Your video today was particularly helpful. I’ve been meaning to get my quilt studio more organized while it’s still winter here in the Inland Northwest (Washington State), but I haven’t felt the motivation to do it. Now, I have a little bit of direction to at least get started outlining what I want to organize. :>)

  25. I’m glad to say I have no UFO’s. I just finish a quilt before I start on another, except for the fun QAL’s I do with Pat! Just my organized nature, I guess! My hubby happened to be listening to the show when Pat mentioned all the things with organization and he said, “Well, that describes you!!”

  26. I want to finish my double wedding ring quilt . All I need to do is put borders on it but have not decided what kind.

  27. I have around 20 unquilted quilt tops and wall hangings. I am going to spend more time quilting those projects and slow down on new quilting projects, as well as, cross-stitching projects. There were so many life events that happened during 2022 and before, I lost my quilting mojo. But it has gradually come back! For the time being anyway! I hope everyone has a wonderful 2023! Happy New Year!
