I love Aurifil threads and use them all the time. I also like the feature of taking off the bottom to secure the end nice and neat.
Can you love both? Neutrals would be my go to but a pop of color is a welcome surprise!
For piecing I mostly use dove grey. Or other neutrals. I tend to use neutral for quilting too but recently I’m trying to use some color in my quilting.
I literally said to myself ‘those are the colors I have.’ I love the neutrals! I have a variegated orange one that works so well as a neutral too. Of course a good red and a navy are essential too but mostly I have neutrals! Love Aurifil thread too (luckily from my local shop who loves it too!).
I love neutral threads for piecing my blocks. Thank you for the opportunity to maybe won.
I use neutrals for piecing and have quite a few colors for appliqué and bindings.

I like to use neutrals to piece, but if I am machine binding or quilting, I would match a color.

I just love thread,colors and neutrals. And my cats love Aurifil the best. They will steal a spool if just Aufifil, and ni other brand. They are quite picky.
I love beautiful thread colors – they make me happy just looking at them! I do try to coordinate the bolder colors – but I love always having on hand a wide variety of neutral shades of Aurifil thread!
I am absolutely addicted to thread colors! Yes, I usually use a neutral for piecing, but how I love matching a gorgeous thread color for quilting or top stitching!
Aurifil is what I use all the time for my quilting. I love it!

Ive been using Aurifil thread for about 4 years. Our quilt of valor group uses it and I really like it. My sewing machine also likes it!

I have a Bernina 8 series that pretty much demands Aurifil thread. My old Pfaff 7570 will sew with anything! I would love your neutrals. They do look like a perfect selection. You have good color sense.
Aurifil is the only thread I use; orange spools for piecing & machine applique, grey spools for binding & quilting.

I started using Aurifil thread last year & think it’s the absolute best! I have only bought shades of gray so far because of the projects I’ve been working on. Neutral colors are my go to mostly, but I will use colors for wall hangings, etc.

I piece with neutral colors. I have just completed my 2024 project wishlist and have sorted many of the projects into bins. Additional Aurifil thread would be awesome to have!

I love colors. Whether it is sewing, quilting, machine embroidery or hand embroidery, I have to have lots and lots of colors … just in case. Of course I use neutrals quite often as well. But nothing beats colors if the thread will show!
