Getting together with family and talking about past holidays and talking about what we are grateful for.
My favorite Thanksgiving tradition is getting together with our family, sharing our love, jokes and recipes with one another!
Thank you Pat for sharing your scrumptious cookies with us!
Our Thanksgiving tradition is gathering together as a family and also enjoying the traditional foods like turkey, stuffing, potatoes and gravy, pumpkin pie, and cranberry salad, just to name a few. Also thankful to you, Pat and your wonderful videos and giveaways.
Besides the usual getting together with as many of our family members as possible for a shared day of food, games, and love on Thanksgiving Day, my favorite tradition is going to watch our local hockey team play with one of my sisters and her daughters. I love hockey (we love hockey) and I love that we get to share going to a game together when the girls are home.
Getting together with my family. We all bring the different parts of the meal and enjoy each other. Many times we end up playing games.
I have watched the Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade forever and I really does mean Thanksgiving to me. I love all the cookie tins. I think the one with the animals is my favorite though.
The Thanksgiving tradition in our family is all the foods that my Mother would make. These recipes have been handed down to 2 more generations. It’s not Thanksgiving without them all!
The cookies look so yummy. Seeing them reminds me of my grandmother. Germany is in our bloodline and she made several trips there to visit extended family members. Holidays and family go together. German cookies would make a special tradition during the holidays.
Our Thanksgiving tradition is to have game night after dinner. We choose different games to play for the rest of the evening. Spending time interacting with one another is better than sitting around watching TV.
For a couple of years, our tradition was to go to a community dinner. Such a stress free way to have a meal with family and friends. Otherwise I cook a turkey and some of the trimmings. I make pumkin pie. The joke was when the cat jumped up to sample the pumkin pie. Only one small set of teeth marks. I had forgotten to add sugar to the pie. This story is retold EVERY Thanksgiving by my family.
i WOULD LOVE TO TRY THE COOKIES!!! lOVE WATCHING YOUR SHOW, START MY DAY WITH WATCHING!!! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO FOR US!!!
Our family tradition is getting together with my brother’s family and my family and going up to my parents home to eat, drink and be thankful for our time together
One of my favorite Thanksgiving traditions is pumpkin pie for dessert. It’s the only time we have it.
We like to get together the day after Thanksgiving and use the turkey scraps to make filling for home made ravioli. We will fill a bunch of bags with turkey, spinach/mushroom and butternut ravioli and draw names for Christmas. Not as excessive as the day before, but the food is still awesome!
I love cutting up potatoes for mashed potatoes and making stuffing with my grandsons. I love the family time Thanksgiving brings.
The tins are all so beautiful, just winning one would be an honor! The cookies all look yummy!
All the tins are so beautiful, just winning one would be an honor!! They look so delicious!
A Thanksgiving tradition in my family was, my father would take my mom and I to dinner on Wednesday night because he said we needed the special treat since we’d been cooking and decorating all week!
In our home a tradition is to have a ham AND a turkey, lol. The grandsons both liked ham better, so their mom always brings one (& they’re both adults now, but still want that ham). When my folks were still with us G-gramma always had it too.
Thanks Pat for the chance to win.
Our Thanksgiving tradition is going to my 96 year old Mother’s house on the Sunday before Thanksgiving 💗
My tradition is to finish decorating my Christmas trees and cook a turkey on Thanksgiving. Those cookies look delicious.
And for Thanksgiving about 25 of us go to my granddaughters house and have a very good time. It is fun to be with the 4 little great grandchildren and carrying on the tradition of gathering to be with them.
One of my favorite Thanksgiving traditions is making pumpkin pie because it reminds me of times helping my grandmother.
My Fathers ancestors were all from Germany. This would be special to have and taste their traditions. I like all cookies, I’ve never had a bad one yet.
Thank you!
For most of my nursing career, I worked the Thanksgiving shift. At that time my children lived several states away. Now retired and a widow I live much closer to them. They continue with their own traditions with their in-laws. I’m very blessed to be closer to them and watch my grandchildren grow up. My tradition is Christmas and Christmas sugar cookies. Now my granddaughters help with the Santa displays and baking the cookies. Family, faith and love. Bless you for the videos.
We have been getting out for a walk after dinner to work off all those calories we just ate. I have a set of dishes that my dad had won in a raffle when I was in high school and he gave them to me I get them out to eat dinner on, as our family has grown we have to use some of our regular dishes also.
Food and family, what could be more traditional.
My favorite tradition is as a young girl I watched my mom cook all day long and then my 3 brothers would attack the food and eat so much that they could hardly move afterwards for hours!
Love your videos!
We don’t really have a Thanksgiving tradition. Lately we have stayed home in our pajamas and made our meal.
Our favorite thing on Thanksgiving is getting together first to eat as much turkey as we can and then take family pictures….some serious and always the ones where everyone puts on the goofiest faces they can! Lots of fun to compare with pics from last year!
Our favorite Thanksgiving tradition is watching the Macy’s parade as the preparations for dinner begin with family and friends gathered at the house, enjoying love, friendship and laughter.
I would like to be entered for the cookies and would be happy with any of the tins. Very much enjoy your show.
One of our traditions is celebrating the family’s November birthdays during the weekend.
Our family tradition is a big turkey dinner with family. I would love to win a tin of these cookies. Thank you for all you do.
We all take turns telling what we are thankful for and sometimes we sign with a sharpie on a tablecloth! And eating pies and cheesecake.
I would love to win the cookies. Thank you Pat for all you do. Hugs.
Our family tradition is family gathering at our house for a meal of turkey, stuffing, ham, sweet potatoes, and tons of other sides. Gotta have sweet potato pie, as well!!!
Our family tradition is now to go to our son and daughter in law’s home and enjoy a day of love, laughter, food and football.
A big thanksgiving dinner and after playing cards with the entire family! A long tradition in our family with many laughs, good food and family! Watching the Macys day parade and sewing is a must in the morning!
I love to watch the thanksgiving parade while I set the table and start the sides.
We watch the Detroit Thanksgiving Day parade in the morning and the Detroit Lions football game in the afternoon!
My family tradition at Thanksgiving is making homemade cranberry sauce and pumpkin pies. WE also stuff our turkey, not dressing. We relax and visit. Lately its only been myself and my husband so its quiet and we count our blessings.
I love German food, as my grandmother was German and Swiss.
My family’s favorite thanksgiving tradition is all the family getting together and just enjoying each other and laughing. My mom (who is 83) still makes a turkey, but someone has to pick her, my dad and the turkey and get them to the family member that is hosting. Mom gave up hosting several years ago, but still makes the turkey and dressing. Would love to win a tin of cookies, as i have never tried them.
Early in our marriage, my husband was stationed in Munich, Germany. I was blessed to be able to join him there and enjoyed a German cookie that had nuts and fruits in them. It would be great to receive the chocolate cookies from Leckerlee. Happy Thanksgiving, Pat and Gregg.
The tradition for Thanksgiving is asking the kids to write out their Christmas list to Santa while watching the Macys Day Parade. The kids are adults now but we still request their lists on Thanksgiving😃
My favorite Thanksgiving tradition is Turkey gravy with mushrooms!
My favorite Thanksgiving tradition is the eating of the leftovers the next day. Thanksgiving dinner is so good the next day!
One of my favorite family traditions is cooking early and watching the parade while cooking and watching football after we are done.
